How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Close to a busy road. If you get a room facing it it is impossible to sleep with open window. I asked at check-in tjat I wanted the room facing the other side. They said there were no available. Well? booking.com reality.when you usually get.lower quality rooms... Windows in the room have not seen cleaning for a long time. After I used curtains a massive spider dropped on me. Breakfast time busy and chaos evwrywhere....eating space 30% to small. Some food run out. Parking separate and expensive.
Complementary bus tickets. Close to exit roads from the city. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The breakfast was a bit poor, also chaotic since there were just too many guests in the small place at once during certain hours.
The room itself was new, clean, cozy, spacious. Location right on the bus stop to city centre was good.

The hotel seemed fairly new, and the staff were not well trained, although they tried hard to be helpful. Staff in the bar had no clue about how to serve drinks or even what they had to offer. The cleaning staff arrived to our room very late even though we requested early service. When they came, it was very clean.
The location was great with easy access to the old town by bus and included free bus pass. Breakfast buffet was very good. Our corner room was large and comfortable.

There is no direct parking available at the hotel, but a large parking garage is conveniently located nearby. Parking around the hotel is challenging, so it is best to rely on this nearby parking garage.
I had a delightful breakfast during my stay. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful area, making it a perfect retreat. It is easily accessible by car.

They charge 16eur for a day of parking and not 10 as stated everywhere. Bathroom a bit dirty, cuz of the old showercabins which probably cannot be really cleaned. Bed soso, breakfast ok.

No hotel parking available, but some free places can be found nearby if you do not want to use paid parking house near the hotel.
Very good breakfast, helpful staff advised how to get to the center and even issued tickets for public transport.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the town unless you have a bicycle or a car

Waffles weren’t available on the second day, no reason given. The parking at the hotel is more expensive than one block over. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, not really a nice location to explore.
Its a functional hotel, interesting decor.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Dog friendly. Proper parking garage nearby. The room was very hot, the ac didn’t work properly and it was impossible to open the windows since it’s right next to a noisy road. Some food for breakfast was cold, e.g. bacon..

We stayed too close to the elevators and there were some noises (elevator dings when arriving to the floor, people chatting), I was quite tired but i was woken up by that. I would avoid getting a room that close to the elvator.
Breakfast was great with a nice variety of things you don´t usually find on other hotels. We loved the waffle machine! Good vegan options as well. We were able to stay with our dog. They accomodated all our requests!
