How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

nothing much, the pillows were soft
The staff was amazing, friendly and supportive especially Mona, she used to ask us every time she sees us if we need any help. and she really gave us tips on how to move and where to go in Stuttgart. location is just 1 minute away from the metro station and 5 minutes from Milaneo Mall.

There is no fridge and the room for three people is small
I liked the position of the hotel especially the kindness of the staff. Yasin, a staff of the hotel, was very kind to us and always avaible

I would not say it's right in the middle of the city. Breakfast was pretty busy. Some water sounds from the pipes all night. Overall we liked it
It was clean, next to the stadtbibliothek and close to the U bahn station.

Staff did not inform me firstly about the the particularity of the elevator which requires to lean the key-room card to its button board inside the cabine in order to get the target floor. Otherwise the elevator does not go.

Due to the construction going on at the train station it would have been nice to know about exiting the train station on the right side has a relatively short walk to the hotel. It would be nice if a notice could be sent to those who book reservations. The staff was great in letting us know after we arrived.
Having Breakfast was nice. The staff was very good with helping us navigate the city.

When I was sitting in the lobby some couple of customers asked for missing coffee in their room and they were responded with “unfortunately we are out of stock” sort of response. It was sad to witness this. It should not be that difficult to make a customer happy especially w he n it is so easy to make someone with a cup of coffee.
Cleanliness, breakfast and the location were perfect. Thank you very much.

The room was cramped for three people and the sleeper couch not as comfortable. But still not the worst ever.
A short walk from the main train station and a public transport stop right next to the hotel. The facility was neat and clean. The room was clean with a comfortable temperature setting available. Breakfast was great - much more than a standard European breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.

A small fridge in the room would be great. We were there when Germany was sizzling hot and cold drinks even late at night were welcome.
This facility is within walking distance to main railway station and if with luggage then it is just 3 stations from Charlotteplatz or a single station from HBF. The U-Bahn station is right in front of the hotel and getting off the train and into the hotel takes about 1 min. Milaneo mall right next to it had a selection of shops for our needs and nice restaurants around the Square where the hotel is located. Hotel is new, peaceful and clean. Breakfast is simple but quite satisfactory. A special mention for the wonderful staff. Manager Mr. Yasin was very polite and Ms. Mona at the reception was professional, warm with a can-do attitude. She deserves the biggest praise in our Hampton experience.

the rooms and the facilities were like a budget hotel and didn't get the Hilton feeling.
From my office accessibility perspective, the location was good. Breakfast was also fairly okay. (could have been little better)

The hotel parking space was full even though the entrance sign showed us there is the space. As parking was very narrow it was hard to get it out.
Great location, kind and friendly staffs, inclusive breakfast. My daughter loved that she could see the trains from the rooms:)
