How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We stayed in a 5th floor with no aircondition and exactly when it’s summer hot weather. Better requests to stay at the middle floor.

The lift is extremely small and stops on each half floor, which means you have to take the stairs. Very old furnitures

Parking. I don't see any information about the car size limitation. If you have an SUV or a long car, you will need to find a parking space on the street or at another location.

The toilet door was not lockable; seemingly, someone forgot to install a lock on one side of the door. The room lock knob itself also fell out a few times. The shower door doesn't open all the way either, at least in the room we had, which was all the way down the hall. All nitpicks and small, but still things I thought should be mentioned

Small room and bed by the wall, only access by one side. Very old windows what made it very noisy from outside the street.

The ridiculously tiny shower room!! The shower itself leaked water under the door and a short shower made a decent size puddle on the floor. The room size cannot be fixed, but the shower doors can!!

The room was quite hot, even with the fan on maximum. It would be great to have a kettle/ coffee machine in the room.

The rooms are very very hot. A fan was in my room, but it was broken.
Location is pretty good. Some of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. It is an ok hotel for a short stay.

The rooms were not cleaned on time, so I had to request them to clean by 2 pm. The bed was uncomfortable. The elevator goes only till 4th floor but my room was on the 5th floor (though the receptionist did help me to carry the luggage). There is no light in the bathroom except the light on the mirror so it gets dark inside.
The hotel is close to the public transport and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. Fan was provided.

Pretty old entrance door, as well as bathroom door. No normal light in the bathroom, half room is modern, another one is unfortunately not.
Not bad breakfast, good bed linen and towels, comfortable bed and pillows.

It was way too hot during the night, and I couldn't sleep well because the outside was very noisy - the hotel is located at the intersection. Some other neighbors have been smoking on their balconies, which disturbed us and our pet. The shower cabin was leaking - had to collect the water every time.
The room was clean and bright. Pretty plenty of spaces for stuff and bags. Plenty of parking spaces are available outside, free on weekends.

It's not accessible; the elevator stops between the floors, so you will need to use the stairs. Be aware if traveling with lots of luggage or limited mobility.
It's well located, less than 20 min walk from the city center, two stops if you're using public transport. The room is good - small, but clean and functional. Very good for the price and perfect for my one-night stay.

There is no real 24/7 reception so my check in took very long. I had to call someone to come and help me with the check in. I had to wait a lot and two other guests’ card didnt open the door and they couldn’t reach out to anyone. The room is a bit noisy and not renovated.

The rooms could use some renovation, especially the bathrooms.
