We only stayed here 1 night to take the ferry to Bornholm the next day. The hotel offers everything you need for a (quick) stay. It has a restaurant (although we went for the Dominos pizza nearby), the breakfast in the morning is good and the parking is right next to the hotel which is nice. Checkin/out was easy and the staff was very friendly. If we'd stayed 1 day longer we would definitely have visited the nearby zoo :)

We arrived very late, but the receptionist welcomed us warmly and quickly checked us in so that we could rest as soon as possible. The hotel is clean and tidy, in a quiet location, and we weren't disturbed by anything. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The only thing I would add is that bathrobes could be provided in the room. The interior is very beautiful and cozy, with a lighthouse that lights up. We really liked the décor, which gives a nautical theme and makes you feel like you're on a ship. Breakfast was an additional cost of around 13 euros per person, but we were tired and didn't feel like going to the store, so we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. There was a wide selection of food, and everything was very tasty. We also brought our dog with us, and he enjoyed it too. We noticed that many guests had brought their pets. The only downside is that there is an additional charge of about 15 euros per night for pets. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Best feature was access to an excellent fitnesscentre and very good spa with saunas and cold tub. Also in connection with the HanseDom recreational pool centre (but did not have time to use). Good for families.

Excellent service for my Insulin box, since the room had no fridge. Easy additional breakfast booking right at my redecision on the moring. Unfortunalely HanseDom is not longe part of the booking as years before.

The hotels location is very decentral in Stralsund and the look of the vecinity buildings weren't a great view. Last but bot least was the price way to hight. Especally if you are a enthusiastic waterslider. Every slide (the kids slide excluded) was closed without any informations in advance because of renovation works. The breakfast was okay, but also to expensive.

The room was very clean and the stuff friendly and helpful.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were not particularly friendly, and we were surprised that not even a complimentary bottle of water was provided. We ordered the pork steak from the restaurant, it was expensive but unfortunately lacked flavor. On a positive note, the hotel has a central location and convenient parking.

The breakfast was highly overpriced and suitable for a cheap hotel. The location is awful, situated far from the city central on a parking lot overlooking a highly depressing no-name shopping mall. The grounds are miskept at everything is ugly and not taken care of. The restaurant is dark (due to missing light bulbs) with plastic flowers and cafeteria food. It in no way resembles the pictures. The way the hotel is presented makes you think that sauna, gym and pool is included. It is not. It comes with time limited and expensive tickets.

This hotel is worn down and grosly overpriced. The pictures are highly misleading. There is no gym, no pool or other facilities, the hotel is simply NEXT to them, but nothing is included.

During check in we got proposed extras to our reservation. Hotel presented a total cost including the extras (parking & breakfasts) and it was paid directly. Got a nice surprise during the checking out when hotel presented the unpaid extras that also must be paid. As mistake had been done but I don not feel that it was my mistake an opinion not shared by the hotel.

The bed's mattress was abysmal, felt like some kind of styrofoam. It was so soft I barely got any sleep at all during the two nights I stayed. Other friends staying at the hotel had the same experience. If a hotel with such a price tag can't provide for the most basic need and the reason to stay in a hotel in the first place, namely to allow for and support comfort and recovery, it does not deserve a good rating. Also, the parking fees they charge on top of the already steep price per night are insulting.

Breakfast was decent, rooms were spatious and clean, shower and bathroom were well equipped and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
