It was a slightly long walk to the town centre - although we knew this before our stay, and this wouldn’t deter us from returning to the hotel in future

It was disappointing to see on Booking that, on the day of arrival, similar room in the same hotel was €100 cheaper. In fact, in this region, it’s possible to book a room for half the price in similarly rated hotels for the same dates. I would appreciate it if the pricing policy didn’t differ for guests who book in advance. P.S. Please consider changing the model of slippers provided.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Special thanks to the waitress Oleksandra from Ukraine, who knows how to prepare a delicious cinnamon coffee and serve it with elegance. The breakfast offers great variety - you can order freshly baked waffles or enjoy a refreshing rhubarb juice. You can even treat yourself to fresh salmon with a glass of sparkling wine. The kitchen is excellent and strives to use seasonal ingredients. In our case, it was asparagus served as antipasti - simply delicious. The reception staff were very helpful. (Grazie!) The sauna area is excellent, with three types of steam rooms and a convenient machine for tea and water. I would also like to highlight the Echt Bodensee Card. This very convenient card deserves more promotion. It allows you to travel for free by bus along the lakeshore - for example, to Meersburg - while leaving your car parked at the hotel.

Breakfast choice was great. Hotel layout ..perfect. Our room looking out onto the lake was lovely. Plenty of space. Sadly no English news channel. But still …a fabulous hotel friendly…professional staff. Nice greeting from George ..thank you. Nice breakfast staff.

We were quite late to return and the car park was full but we parked on the road outside so not so bad.

Beautiful view of the lake. Modern, clean apartment hotel. Excellent bar and breakfast.

It was advertised as mountain views, but this would have been in the winter only when the leaves were off the trees. When we were there it was mountain glimpses. But it was not an issue as the view was all around from the lake edge.

Loved the location next to the Lake, the apartment was separate but still very high quality. Everything had been thought of and it was wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional, so much choice for food and drinks. There was a little private beach and very comfortable chairs, absolutely divine.

Very nice new location near to the hotel, a loft like apartment that is filled up with luxurious details. We were one of the first inhabitants and when the TV did not work somebody from the staff of the hotel jumped in within minutes and found fixed it. We had a great time! The restaurant we can also recommend, well prepared dishes in the evening and a wonderful breakfast!

The servers at dinner time were not really kind. We stayed at the panaroma loft-the apartment was very hot at night and only one cooling system available for three bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom uncomfortable.

Everything on the property was very good quality. They had an eye for details when building it.

A first class hotel. Extremely comfortable in a quiet location on the edge of the Bodensee. Room was luxurious, couldn't think of anything that would have made it better. Food outstanding, both for evening meal and breakfast. One had to keep reminding oneself that an English chain hotel would have been more expensive. Although not cheap it was excellent value for money.

It's difficult to take a light meal in the restaurant. This is tricky as the food is excellent but sometimes a light small meal would be adequate.

Great hotel, great breakfast and good facilities and location. They always accommodated my late arrival or adhoc requests to the restaurant. Much appreciated as a business traveller.

Nothing, really. I just learnt (now too late) that I could have gone to the swimming pool next door for free, it would have been nice to have been told (but it was probably written somewhere).

I was in the annex, which is detached/away from the main building (and thus restaurant). But thanks to this, my room was extremely quiet, which was great. Fresh fruits in the room was also a plus. The sauna was very nice and had everything one can expect.

I wasn't happy with the prices in the restaurant. One of the most expensive restaurants. But the quality wasn't so good if I will compare it with the price. I would prepare the dinner at home much better.
