The location was near a tram station the staff that was in charge there was helpful during my check out. Helped me carry my luggages out above the stairs too

Room is very dirty. No privacy, I paid the same price for a better room in munich. The staff wasnt very cooperating in text, i had to keep texting them to send me self check in instructions but they kept delaying it until i got abit nervous because i would be arriving late and what if i cant enter at night. After reminding them and texting them about it repetitively they asked me to send my partners passport at the end..... like why didnt u ask me to send it earlier when i asked u for the details so many times. finally sent me the details asked me to put in my card info "for possible additional charges" idk why they want to charge when the hostel is already so haggard. What possible damages can i do to it. Towels they charge €1 cleaning fee

The hostel was spotlessly clean and located just a 5-minute walk from the city center — with a supermarket, pharmacy, and everything we needed right nearby. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, clearly caring about our comfort. She explained everything in detail and even let us check in early. On top of that, she moved us from a 6-bed female dorm to a 4-bed one, so in the end, it was just the two of us in the room — which made our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom and shower were perfectly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The next day, we were allowed to leave our heavy backpacks for free until the evening — which helped a lot. For the price we paid, the hostel truly went above and beyond. We're very grateful, and if we ever come back to Stuttgart, we’ll definitely choose this place again!🥰🥰🥰

Close to public transportation and grocery stores.

I requested a 2nd night, and agreed to move to a different room on the 2nd floor. The hostel overbooked the room, and gave me someone else's bed, The sheets were taken off the bed from the night before..Someone entered the room at 0130 am and stated I was sleeping in his bed..40 minutes later, the staff moved him to a different room.

I booked a bed in a 6-bed dormitory. The dormitory is large enough, so you do not feel packed at all. The bed is a bunk bed, with a fair enough good mattress. For this dorm (and the entire floor), you have access to 2 showers (shower + sink), 3 toilets (toilet + sink). All were clean. You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, from 07:30am to 09:30pm. The common space is nice. The WiFi is good. Towel rental for 1eur. Parking lot space for 16eur per night. Breakfast buffet for 8eur. 250m away from Lidl supermarket. 500m away from Charlottenplatz tram stop. With regards to the staff, I was welcomed by Bastian, who is super nice and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

The manager lady was so helpful when I come, something happened at the reception but she was here to solve the problem specially I was very tired but she was very helpful ( thank you Madame )

Friendly staff. Good location for travel.

Lots of stairs with no lift. Had to move beds to access plugs. My food was binned. Cant use kitchen when they are making breaky. Toilet always a state.

The man at the reception was very friendly.

Good, but not as good as other hostels, that I've stayed so far for the same price. Friendly personal. Nice rooms.

In terms of dislikes. There's no lift, and if you have a big luggage good luck using wanky staircase to the 3-4 floor. The beds are squeaky and very uncomfortable to climb to the top bunk.
