The staff were exceptionally nice, and helpful. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything was very clean. Extension cords were provided for easy charging of devices, and there was plenty of storage space you can secure with a padlock if you wish. There are two kitchens and a large common room, so you can take time to yourself or find someone to chat to easily, depending on your mood.

Upon arrival, we were told that after check out we could use the facilities to store our luggage.However, when we returned from our final bag drop, the password had been changed and we were escorted all the time to leave.

The location is very good, in a quiet area and very close by foot or train to the historic center, restaurants and bars. Special mention to Felix at the reception who was very helpful and gave us lots of tips!

Super cosy, clean and the amenities were perfect both in and near the hostel! It’s situated in the best part of town, exactly between the fun and buzzing Neustadt streets and the station.

The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Felix was very informative about what’s there to see. The lady working (I forgot her name) was super helpful and kept checking on us. definitely going back for another visit. The place was clean and hygienic. Bathrooms were clean too

The personal was super nice and helpful, the room was clean and in the kitchen you can even find free food which is very convenient because in Germany stores work till 9 or 10 pm as you know.

The wifi blocks usage of vpn, which never happened to me before. The lounge is right next to an open kitchen, so if anyone cooks anything, the whole place stinks of food. You need your own lock for the wardrobe

The personel was great and helpful, and the place good enough. There were a lot of electrical outputs in the room, the beds were comfortable, and the toilets clean. The free parking was a plus, and while the location isn't the most central, the walk to both the old town and the cafe/party neighborhood wasn't too far
