The room is simple but I stayed only one night as I attended an event close by. The stuff is helpful, they are replying to all enquiries in timely manner via email and are super helpful. I left my charger in the room, they found it and agreed to ship it to my home address.

The bathroom situation was terrible. There was no proper door, there were three sliding doors that provided almost no privacy, since your roommate could hear everything you were doing in the bathroom. Plus, you had to awkwardly slide the doors just to wash your hands. There are weird gaps between the sliding doors and the walls, so you'd be better off asking your roommate to wait outside. Also, the room looks kind of clean at first sight...until you turn on the lights. We had so many cobwebs in the bathroom and mold on the wall under the window. We wasted our money, I wish we stayed elsewhere.

The location was good, we got there easily. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The self check-in and check-out worked well. The stairwell looks nice and clean...until you get to the rooms.

Breakfast was pretty basic with nothing warm on offer. On some of the days, it was also very poorly restocked, further limiting the selection. On one instance there was nothing to drink and nothing to eat until a batch of pastry arrived, which to be honest did not improve that situation too much. Also, the shower was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom floor. So, wiping the floor dry every day in your hotel room.

The room had everything it promised, was backyard-facing, bed was comfortable. The hotel is easily reachable with public transport. Self check-in and self check-out worked great.

The major disadvantage is that the toilet is next to the bed, literally, separated only by a light sliding screen, witch is quite challenging if you share the room with another person. There is coffee maker in the room but you have to bring your own coffee:-( Would be good to know in advance.

- didn’t include any real vegetarian options - they would just remove the salami and not add any cheese - the rooms in the UG are loud in the morning - no luggage storage available - the complimentary toiletries are the cheapest soap and shower gel

Nice practical rooms, pleasantly decorated, with a Nespreso coffee machine in every room. It was very clean and tidy. Welcomed with a complimentary water. Also nice was the option to choose between IT, French, German, Turk, English breakfast.

The location is very good with metro and excellent eateries nearby. However our room was on 4th floor with no lift. It was a nuisance to climb with heavy luggage. Also no room cleaning service was provided which left a sour taste.

There were several things I did not like: 1. It was extremely unpleasant for me to immediately enter the toilet, in the room. It must be separate and isolated better, it is really unimaginable to enter the toilet directly (the room starts with a toilet and bathroom), 2. It is also inconvenient that you can only leave your bag until 2 pm (as the reception works until this time), 3. And lastly, as they do not work after 2 pm, you are instructed how to take the key to check in, but if you need anything else, or find it difficult to follow the instruction, there is no one to help

The hotel really had a very good location, near the HBF. The girl at the reception was very attentive and helped with everything we asked, I could give her the highest rate possible and the hotel really was very clean and tidy, have no remark about that.

The staff, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, the breakfast was amazing, the best breakfast ever. The shower was great. Central location, 10 minutes from the centre and 2 minute walk from underground station.
