On the main street. Although the window is soundproof but seems there is construction outside and started very early in the morning so we didn’t get the best sleep. The room is quite simple without much facilities.

Very close to train station, just a few minutes easy walk. King size bed. Stylish with many good photos on the wall for decoration. Room comes with a ventilation which is essential in summertime.

No curtains to prevent the light to come in in the morning, no kettle to prepare coffee or tea in the morning, nevertheless highly recommended.

The room only had net curtains and no proper curtains to darken the room. Breakfast didn't start until 8am (it was a Sunday).

The room was a good size for a one night stop although the ensuite was cramped. The location is very good, close to the train station and restaurants.

Everything! Almost. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, room were clean, nice design. Location near the train station and Altstadt. We will definitely book this hotel again if we go back to offenburg or near cities.

This is my 2nd stay here in the winter time and both times the rooms have been cold and the radiator in the room is not so warm even on the highest setting but in the bathroom they work fine

I have stayed here in the past so I knew what to expect. Just a short walk from the trainstation and the town centre so it’s a good location. Nice spacey rooms and good bed and good bathroom. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but well worth the price.

Try to get a room towards the back. The e front street is pretty loud. The toilet in room 24 is set too close to the wall and has a plumbing chase obstruction at the front. People with mobility issues could have a problem

No English TV stations, I never laid eyes on anyone so very impersonal. I would have had breakfast in the hotel if possible but there was no one on reception.

Couldn’t turn the Radiator on for some reason it was quite cold in the room.

Easy check as as I arrived at 11pm. Used the lockbox located at the door with PIN number provided. Nice modern room , clean and comfortable bed . Friendly staff & great value for Money

The mattress was too soft for my back. The bathroom is dated and with the folding door on the bathtub makes getting in and out of the bathtub awkward and sleeping hazard.

The location is great for arriving with train, driving and walking around the city centre. We came with a car on Friday evening and could find a street parking opposite the road from the hotel. The self-check in for late evening was clear and well communicated. Our room faced the back/pedestrian street and was quiet.

- Great host, I was getting late and the manager helped arranging an external safe for the key - Very close to the train station but at the same time it's situated in the historical center of the city - Incredibly soft cloud-like beds and pillows, I had a wonderful sleep - Blinds on the windows that helps with the sunlight in the morning - Different sorts of soap and shampoo that smelled heavenly - Complimentary bottles of water
