Everything was good!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything one needs. A plus is the minibar which we greatly appreciated since we had a long ride in the train. It's also about 15min walking from the Hamburg Hbf.

Breakfast is a bit pricey at €29 per person - that is a bit much…. This is the only thing I can say bad about - otherwise an excellent hotel

Easy to find and very close to everything. Welcome by nice employees and room was extremely comfortable and the two beds I had requested were also available too. Car parking is also very good and reasonable too.

Shower not hot, highspeed internet is really slow (<10mbit). We booked seperate beds on booking but didnt get them, you would have to request them again on check in.

The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but it didn’t bother us.

Modern and clean hotel with very welcoming staff. We loved the wellness area. Also the bar on the 11th floor had an amazing view and ambiance, with wonderful staff. Perfect bed and shower, great soundproofing.

Elevators were slow to arrive. Our room telephone didn't work when we arrived, and wasn't fixed or replaced. Beds were quite hard. We forgot to hang the 'do not disturb' sign on our door the final night, and were woken up by house keeping knocking at 8.30 on our departure day.

We enjoyed our stay here. Big, modern and clean room and bathroom. Free minibar was a nice touch. Good bathroom door solution, no glass doors. Nice views from the bar on the 11th floor and good bar staff. Quite close to central station.

It was not clear how to get the SPA services; the sauna was open, and one could enjoy it; however, for other services, you needed to call, but our call was never answered.

The location is perfect for travelers to stay – it is just a 13-minute walk from the central station. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. Also, the soundproof facilities help you sleep better and enjoy the rest.

The breakfast was a bit pricey, so we didn't have it at the hotel - although we would've preferred to do so.

The drinks and snacks in the room were free/included and were refilled each day. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Good air conditioning.

Breakfast was quite expensive at 29EUR. Location was not good! Walking distance from the center but you could get afraid walking alone at night there.

The location was a bit awkward and the entrance was not obvious or welcoming.

The hotel was reasonably new so the facilities were up to date. The room was spacious and the free mini bar was a surprise.

A little inpersonal

Handy location close to train station. A little urban between two main roads. Free minibar is a nice touch as is the 11th floor sauna. Found a handy cafe around the corner for a breakfast that better suited our budget and tastes.

It was not that central, we had to walk like 15-20 minutes to Train Station with luggages and also to go to the city centre you need to walk like 20-25 minutes, there is almost no place to sit or have coffee nearby.

Hotel was clean, the bar had good view. The lady receptionist, I guess her name was Tatianna, was super helpful and showed us very nice hospitality.

No air con in the gym and lights were not working in the ladies toilet. It would have been good to have a small table and chairs in the corner of our room (911)

Excellent buffet and dinner. Lovely rooftop bar with the friendly Gorge on hand to serve drinks and chat, good spacious room with facilities (911), executive club and gym.
