We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPillows were too soft for our liking, we didn't ask at reception if they had any different ones so we didn't complain just an observation for people in the future. No safe in the room but there was a separate room for hanging clothes/shelves which had a key so we locked that and took the key with us.
Room 330 (Triple Bed) was very spacious and clean , shower wasn't very powerful but It worked so cant complain. Sockets at each bed in good locations , TV on a swivel mount.

United StatesThe room was nice, clean and comfortable but no way would two working media be able to share a room. I barely was able to function as one media covering CHIO Aachen. I also thought it was too expensive, especially for one person.
It was fine but a bit expensive for the size of the room. I don't know how 2 working media could share a room as there isn't enough space for everything.

A great hotel within a short distance of the train station and the city centre. Comfortable bed, super friendly staff and a secure car park with bike storage. Pretty much everything we could need for our stay. B&B hotels have fast become our budget hotel of choice in Europe as you always know what to expect.
