Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The hôtel is not the most modern one can find around but it has a good value for money.
Great position. Very close to the train station and to the city center. Easy to walk everywhere.

A nit small .would struggle if there was 2 if us.also no space to put clothes.

Everything was fine.
Room (for three people) was clean and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful. The location is ideal, just outside the train station and yet there is no noise. From Bochum to Dortmund you need 9 minutes by regional train. It's a value for money, We didn't try the breakfast.

Small spaces.. the rooms and facilities.
I liked their flexibility, I missed my check in for one full day, and I forgot to tell them that I will be late and won't arrive on time, when i arrived, my reservation was canceled, the room was sold, which is normal and it should be canceled(I should have notified them), but they did their best to support and finally they found a free room for me without charging it again (for free).

Aircon is noisy. Bathroom is tiny, I am a small person so it was fine for me, but bigger people may be more annoyed. The room and bathroom are only for sleeping and showering, and not spending more time, so the small space doesn't bother too much. The hair/face/body gel in the shower made my hair feel like dried grass, I recommend anyone to bring your own hair care products. The roll of toiltetpaper only had a little paper left, this could easily have run out.
Right next to the train station and parking available at the hotel (at a fee). The room has an aircon unit! Staff friendly. Great value for money. Although I didn't use much space, there is enough place to unpack some things if you would be staying more nights. There are some chairs and tables outside the front door if you'd like to take a bit of time to sit and relax, maybe with a cold beer that you can buy at reception. The shower head has two settings, one if you don't like good water pressure and one if you do like water pressure, so check the setting!

We had some stuff in the desk and the cleaner moved some things probably to clean it but still not very nice.

The bathrooms are way too small, our shower did not have soap and I found chewing gum on the floor of my room. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable.
I liked the excellent location, and the staff was nice and friendly. The stay was comfortable and the facilities were mainly satisfactory.
