It was really dirty, full of spiders and different kinds of insects. There were no AC, although they written about it in their property facilities. Their AC was broken and it was spreading hot weather. We were forced to open the window for breathing, just in some seconds, the room was full of other kinds of insects. We booked there for two nights, we couldn’t cancel it for second night. They told us that we will refund you the money for the second night, but there is no money back after 10 days. They told us in 2 or 3 days we will refund you the money. The location of the hotel was too far from the city center. We thought as it is a B&B hotel, so there are some regulations and standards similar to other branches, but we were completely wrong. We called both booking and B&B customer service, but we couldn’t receive any solutions.

The location is a bit far from the City Center. However everything is excellent.

Poor communication. I submitted rooming lists and was told we’d be allowed early check-in to one room to store bags, but the staff on site had no knowledge of either. I had to show them the communication in the Booking app. What we received were mostly rooms with full-size double beds, i.e., single mattresses meant for two people, despite having booked standard double rooms assuming they would have two separate beds. Only one of the rooms had two beds we could push apart. The rest forced student pairs to share one full mattress, which was not what I had arranged. This setup may be fine for couples but was inappropriate and uncomfortable for a student group. One student reported damp sheets on arrival. I also found a toilet in one of the rooms that was visibly unclean with visible, hardened fecal matter on the seat and in the bowl. I had to locate a cart with cleaner in it and clean it myself because there was no longer anyone working in reception. Several rooms had glass showers with full visibility from the bed, awkward for teenage students. The AC did nothing to cool the rooms, and with no shutters or screens on the windows, bugs were a problem if we tried to ventilate. Would not return—frustrating stay.

The travel time to the Münster and Schlossberg was reasonable.

the air-conditioning was not work at ALL. the staffs duty on17th June evening was not standard at all, they work there, but they did not anything about the hotel, for example, the question was air-conditioning does not work? their answer that they need check out.... they should know better than anyone the hotel condition, where work, where does not work..... and around the hotel too much cannabis smell.... anywhere, anytime..... was there since Etap/ibis/B&B.... 30 years..... now air conditioning does not work, outside 30 degree.... till midnight.....

The automatic check in did not work when we arrived late at night. And in the morning people banged on doors, it was scary.

Room they gave us at first had not been cleaned but we went to the desk and they gave us a new (clean) room without any discussion. Hotel is a ways out of town, there is a bus stop very close but one first has to take a street car and change to the bus. So not nearly so convenient to the center but the transportation connections were adequate and obviously it was cheaper than the more central alternatives.

Room was a bit larger than similar budget hotels we have used, especially the shower which was sepeate from the toilet. And the sink was in the room itself. Thus one can shower while the other uses the toilet or sink

Strong smoke smell in the toilet (perhaps because of some smoking guest before). The shower box in the room was ok for one, or for a couple.

The structure of the bed was interesting in a hotel. Anyway, it allows for two parents and a kid to overnight.

Evrything!! The smell when you entered the room was disgusting, as if a dead rat was inside. The toilet was very small. There was no wardrobe or a place to leave your clothes or leave anything else inside.

I arrived a bit after 10 pm, but I called the hotel, and they said it's ok. When I arrived, the check-in machine was broken, the website from the qr code was also not working properly. The person at the desk insisted it's not their task to check me in; finally they did this. Then, when I went to my room, it was not cleaned, there was trash left, used towels etc. the person was no longer at the reception so I couldn't change the room
