Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I wanted a location close to Hanoverian airport and the motorway. Easy to find and next to a German restaurant. It fitted the requirement. Comfortable room. Good secure parking. Excellent breakfast.

The rooms are really small. As we stayed there only one night we didn't mind. In the bathroom there was a funny smell.
The hotel is located in a close proximity to A2. There are restaurants nearby (5 min walk) and whole small town (5 min drive). Hotel staff is friendly. Recently hotel was refurbished what gave the hotel a feel of new property.

The fact they got rid of bunk beds so no longer have family rooms. Very disappointing as we will need to book 2 rooms in the future and still I would not be comfortable sleeping away from my husband in a foreign country so probably won’t stay here again. Not to mention that the bed is big enough to sleep in it with a 4 year old. Also the hall ways are a building site at the moment but no noise.
Freshly renovated room, very clean and so close to the motorway. Friendly receptionist. Easy check in

As it’s being refurbished it looks like a building site, no carpets on the stairs, no lifts so struggling up 3 flights of stairs with luggage was not fun. Car park full of builders vans so parking was tight. However, these are minor negatives, I will still stay here again.
Great location, just off the motorway. Code Access to both hotel and rooms, so convenient when arriving late and leaving early as we did. free parking was a bonus . Didn’t see any staff as it was after 8pm when we arrived we had been remotely checked in. The hotel was being refurbished so it’s a bit of a building site but room was lovely. Be nice to see it when it’s finished. Will definitely recommend to break up long distance travel.

For a one night stay, it is a perfect location. Do not expect any luxury or spacious room.
Small room, but everything you need is there. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

It does smell bad, especially the bathrooms in the bedroom.
Good as an overnight stop on the way elsewhere. Close to the motorway and relatively inexpensive.

My experience at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations. Upon arrival, the front desk staff member was noticeably unprofessional and discourteous, which created an unwelcoming first impression. Additionally, the room itself had a strong odour of alcohol, suggesting it had not been adequately cleaned or ventilated prior to my stay. These issues detracted significantly from the overall quality of the visit. I would encourage management to address both customer service standards and room maintenance to ensure a more positive experience for future guests. Also, one of the staff members made my young son, who is only 10, stand up from a chair he was sitting on and told my son that it was his seat

Can't think of anything.
Easy access and close to the M-way. We weren't sure if we'd arrive before checkin closes at 8pm. Reception staff were exceptionally efficient by providing us with a room number and access code in case we arrived late. Ample parking around the hotel. Clean breakfast area with ample choice to suit every taste, friendly service. THANK YOU!

In this visit I could nothing to dislike I had double room maybe a little criticism if two people in room storage for items a little lacking. But not areal problem for one night stay

The self check in key pad was not working and it was one hour before I could get into the room. Other people were experiencing problems with this issue also.
