The walls are a bit too thin.

The staff was very kind and very informative. I always felt taken care of. Special kudos to the roomkeepers who did their job impeccably and with discretion, and the breakfast staff who was cheerful and observant from early mornings. The beds are extremely comfortable.

I didn't like the person at the reception, he greeted me saying he wanted to leave and didn't speak, it seemed to me like he was rejecting me, otherwise it was ok, I think the manager should be careful about the selection of workers

I expect an Ibis hotel to be good quality and efficiently run and this one was. The location is good, near the river and the concert venue I was attending. The breakfast was very good.

Good location, at the edge of the old town. Plenty of public transport options too, but we walked everywhere. Very good simple rooms, double glazed and quiet to sleep. Great value.

The faculty was kind and accommodated us to coming in earlier than the check in time which was super nice being as though it was a last minute reservation. Room was clean and neat. 1 negative is The room had no fridge nor water that’s important to have in the room.

Only issue with underground car park was that exact procedures for leaving could do with improvement. Additional visitor attraction literature would be better as they had limited info

Especially good are the following when considered a 2 star which makes clear prior to booking the features it does not gave. The location on the quiet edge of the old town within 10 mins walk of the centre. Buffet breakfast has varied and ample choices. They made clear that the lifts at the time of stay were getting refurbished with 1 out of the 2 out of Commission during prior communication and also clearly noted in the hotel showing good communication. Underground car park access communication answered promptly ahead of travel noting you can access it before check-in giving the staff the ticket during check-in. 50 spaces for most of the stay was ample until the end of the stay when it got very busy.
