Great location, very small room, the male staff was rude but the female was great.

Male staff and the room size

Nicely placed in Mitte, way to travel everywhere easily. Good clean room. Can be noisy outside at night but with the window closed it’s hardly a problem.

The aircondition wasn’t very helpful. As the window had to be closed at night because of noise outside i could become warm inside.

This was an excellent base for a trip to Berlin, the team and underground are right outside and you can walk to several sights in under 30 minutes. The staff were so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend!

A great place to stay. Great location and rooms. Very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff, despite them being very busy. Great luggage room.

The common room had some facilities, but they were usually very crowded and uncomfortable to use. Not a big deal.

Room is small but has all of the necessities. Stuff is nice and helpful. Clean and quiet (I had windows to inner backyard)

The surrounding area is really busy and overwhelming but it’s not hotel’s fault just a personal preference.

Best location to enjoy Berlin. Close walk to Berlin Wall Memorial , close to city, Hecketcher Market and has Metro outside for other access. Bars and restuarants are lively outside

Homeless peopla can hang outside late at might and make noise with their boopm speakers

Very noisy, not for light sleeper unless you can get a room facing the inner courtyard. I found out around midnight that there was a huge red stain on carpet near my bed. Was it blood or wine I dont know It was very disgusting and couldn’t sleep because of this so I asked to change room but the first staff said it’s fully booked which is reasonable. The daytime staffs however was very rude. They didn’t apologise and look annoyed since I requested to change room. I asked for reduced price but they said I could’ve reported earlier to change the room when I checked in but cleanliness should be responsibility of hotel not guest, there is nothing much they can do except for giving me one day breakfast (my remaining stay was two days). I reported this to booking after that and booking gave me a refund right away. The second room they gave me was quiet but has lots of spider web in the corner. Will avoid it at all. It’s not reaching the basic standards. My worst hotel experience.

I liked that you could go down to reception and make yourself a cup of tea - very important to the British!!

Excellent location with outstanding value for money. No facilities but very friendly staff.
