A nice stay in the location we needed.

The overall experience of our stay was ruined by the horrible sofa bed, which creaked terribly with every move. As a result, no one got any sleep at all (not even the people in the next room). Had it not been for this shortcoming, the hotel would be perfect.

We spent one night in a family room (no. 501). The hotel and room are beautiful, the staff very nice and the breakfast tasteful.

Location is some distance from the town centre, on a trading estate, so a car or taxi is essential.

Very new and modern hotel with large, tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms. Efficient and polite staff. Very limited parking options, so had to use hotel's underground parking which was quite expensive.

Location was a bit out of the city centre but there was a bus stop very close.

There were hairs on the bed, likely from previous guests. And the carpet had a big coffee stain. Shower’s water pressure was very low.

There is a hot stove in the room, but hotel does not provide any utensils. If you need hot water, you need to take it in the lobby coffee machine. Check in strictly at 3:00pm. You have to wait if you are early.

Good location. You can take a direct bus from the train station to the hotel. A supermarket is just in front of the hotel. So you can buy your drinks, food and snacks if you are hungry.

The air conditioning didn't really bring down the heat of the room, and at check-in the reception staff were a tad stand-offish

The hotel was easily reachable by public transport, the room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. The bar was nice and a brilliant opportunity to play billiards

Heating would be nice in this cold weather. The room was very cold. The reception showed us aircon and it was blowing cold air even in heat mode.

Very noisy location all night. People would make loud noise and car noises were heard as well which were very loud and uncomfortable. Can't sleep well both night due to noise pollution.

Clean and modern. AC wasn't functional, so that was a bummer. Interior design was cool and modern.

We booked a family room, but when we arrived, they were overbooked, so we had to stay in a double room instead. They did offer us free breakfast and free parking as compensation though.

The staff was friendly, the location was good, with a supermarket right in front of the hotel and a bus stop just a couple of minutes away.

Front of office were OK- very practical, functional but not much more beyond that - a smile and a friendly welcome might help particular as we did go 'styles' over budget which is in the same building

Space in family room was great with a mini kitchen. Clean, functional and secure parking easy. We stayed here for a quick overnight stop before our flight and was convenint to get on main road to airport it still felt a bit far out of the old town so depends on what you need.

The area where the hotel is located is 30 minutes walking from the centre. On a bicycle ok though
