Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful

Breakfast was amazing, also the room well equipped. The people are very nice. Parking was great and secure.

The rooms have no air conditioning and it’s terrible heat inside during summer period. To try to manage it you need to keep the windows open, but the sound of the street then doesn’t allow you to sleep at all. Air conditioning would solve the problem.

The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was huge. The hotel was real close to a train and tram stops.

There was not any shower gel in the bathroom.

Very close to 2 U-Bahn stops and very nice stuff. The room (Toronto) was very big.

It's a little bit old-fashioned and could use some updates in the rooms and bathroom. They have the style of an 80s hotel.

overall was a good room

I am picky on pillows. Do not like the ones commonly used in Germany. Also they charge me full rate parking even for a motorcycle. Other hotels I used in Germany left me park it for free. As it uses little space.

Central location in near the city centre. Lots of shops & places to eat nearby & close a metro station with easy access to the Convention hall & central station.

The room was rather noisy, even with the window closed you could hear always hear the cars driving near the main street.

Exceptionally clean. Very nice and helpful staff. For my purposes, within walking distances to many of the sights I wanted to experience.

Very small bed and limited bedding. Regardless of that the bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet area of Dusseldorf! I was here 4 nights and it has been wonderful. I was in the Dresden room and it was extremely spacious, I enjoyed the bath in the nice spacious bathroom. The room also had a little fridge and extra pillows. Breakfast was excellent, the breakfast ladies were super friendly and welcoming, made me feel always at home. The area is nice, plenty of shops/supermarkets around and some restaurants. There are trams, buses and Ubahn stops less than 5 min away.

In the room, it would have been nice to have a topper, the two separate mattresses were a bit annoying. But still, it was a big bed and very comfortable.
