A coupon for free local bus and train to Freiburg during stay was provided as well. Breakfast was very good with a large selection, including scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and bacon.

United KingdomNothing, everything was good and I would gladly stay again if in the area. Just an observation - only the manageress spoke English.
Room was clean and spacious. There is a balcony with table and chairs which is great to relax in. The restaurant does great food, staff was patient and understanding as I stumbled on with my very bad (google translate assisted) German. It is only about 50 metres to the train station and bus stop. Hotel is also part of the Konus card scheme which allows free transportation on the regional trains and buses.

GermanyTitisee-Neustadt is clearly a winter location. As we visited it during summer, not many restaurants in the area were open late in the evening. But the hotel has nothing to do with it, and if you make a reservation their restaurant will not let you starve :)

SwitzerlandThe towels were old and rough. The food in the restaurant was good but the service was terrible. The waitress clearly didn't like her job and was rude to several of the customers, including us. We all have bad days.
The hotel is good value for money and allows pets - that's the reason we chose it. The room was large and clean with comfortable beds and an excellent shower. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a large choice and is good for the price.
