Very good location (close to the public transport which we used). Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was great, my teenager loved it! Some vegan options available, which I appreciated (etc plant based milk, margarine). The sauna was perfect after a long museum day!

Minor thing—only two toothbrush glasses in the bathroom, even though there were three of us. Not a big deal though; I’ve seen this happen in other places too.

Everything was great—nothing to complain about! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming.

We didn’t know that we had to request cleaning from the tablet in the room. Nobody informed about it upon arrival. The front desk staff was not very friendly. Only one guy with moustache was really attentive and helpful. Sorry I didn’t get the name.

The shower itself (not the bathroom) had mold on the rims and under the little shelf in the shower itself and the door of the shower lets out water while you shower. that was the only thing that wasn't excellent in that hotel.

It was very close to everything. 20 min walk to downtown, 2 min walk to the biggest mall i've ever been to Milaneo

Hotel is in a perfect location. It is very easy to reach not only most-well known attraction points, but also anywhere in Stuttgart by walking, using metro lines or driving. It is at the hearth of Stuttgart. Room is very big, clean and comfortable.

We had to book the cleaning from the tablet in the room but this information was not given to us at check in therefore we did not know. The staff at the reception was not friendly except one person. He was great. Unfortunately I did not get his name. The girls were not service minded.

Pillows were awful & mattresses not the most comfortable. Two single beds strung together with a gaping chasm between them is their version of a double bed. Rooms will only get serviced if requested via an iPad - sophisticated nonsense! Anyway & after requesting, 3 of the 4 rooms were not serviced on day 1. Service levels vacillated from poor to non - existent. Few visible staff (perhaps others were invisible) were polite & friendly - a perfect example of smiles without service. Breakfast was basic & below par. Believe it or not - may actually stay here again - a sad reflection of available alternatives. So pathetically European...

Check-in was simple & uneventful. Suite was spacious, spotless, modern & smart. Closet proved to be rather handy, Bathroom was smart & technologically advanced. A pleasant decorative experience despite an archaic, multicoloured eye-torturing sofa/sleeper couch in the lounge area. Huge balcony with lovely views of Stuttgart. Looks newish & a breath of fresh air in a continent renowned for mediocre accommodation. Nonetheless, light years behind standards in the Arabian gulf & the far east. Even South Africa maintains better standards.

It’s a bit dusty and I’m not sure if the floors are really clean. For me and my husband who have dust allergies or have sensitive noses, it wasn’t really that clean. Sorry to say. But overall, we have had a great stay.

The location is superb! It’s near the train station, restaurants are accessible nearby and there is a shopping center just beside the hotel.
