Only the design of the building and the fact that is next to the mall. Not value for money in any case and furthermore the staff should learn from the beginning the importance and the value of hospitality. When you pay for a suite is unacceptable to use towels with holes.

Very good location (close to the public transport which we used). Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was great, my teenager loved it! Some vegan options available, which I appreciated (etc plant based milk, margarine). The sauna was perfect after a long museum day!

Everything was great—nothing to complain about! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming.

Minor thing—only two toothbrush glasses in the bathroom, even though there were three of us. Not a big deal though; I’ve seen this happen in other places too.

The staff were highly professional and supportive. A big shout-out to Felix and Tanja( I am not sure if I got the name right). My family and I booked the Baseline room for a few nights, and the AC wasn’t at its best on the first night. Felix and his beautiful colleague (Tanja) looked for the best way to support us and make us feel so comfortable by upgrading us to Offbeat Suite 🙌, it was mind-blowing. Thank you so much, Felix. You are amazing 🙇🙇❤️🩵. Thank you, Tanja. Your smile is so contagious. We will visit again soon. Love from Lagos, Nigeria

We liked the location, the design, the colors in the elevator.

We didn’t know that we had to request cleaning from the tablet in the room. Nobody informed about it upon arrival. The front desk staff was not very friendly. Only one guy with moustache was really attentive and helpful. Sorry I didn’t get the name.

It was a bit dusty in our room

It was very close to everything. 20 min walk to downtown, 2 min walk to the biggest mall i've ever been to Milaneo

The shower itself (not the bathroom) had mold on the rims and under the little shelf in the shower itself and the door of the shower lets out water while you shower. that was the only thing that wasn't excellent in that hotel.

The overall design, functional, updated, modern and detailed thoughts throughout. Comfortable and clean. Toilet and shower is separated. The cheerful staffs. Nice choices of the breakfast
