Clean bedroom and facilities, nice kitchen, friendly staff and great location

The location was great.

The showers could be cleaner.

Very central place. Nice family room.

The extra tourist tax didn’t made the room more expensive than planned. The breakfast vad expensive so we drove to a McDonald on the way to the ferry.

The location was great, and the beds were quite comfortable. As is typical in Germany, the pillows were on the larger side, but these were especially puffy and firm, which made them a bit tricky to sleep on. That said, the bedsheets and towels were clean, and the room—while small—was cozy and functional. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

While I appreciated many aspects of our stay, there were a few things that could be improved. The bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning, as there was a noticeable buildup of dust on the floor and radiator. The small rugs by the bed also felt quite oily, so I ended up removing them. Additionally, it was a bit difficult to sleep in on our last morning due to the lack of sound insulation and the cleaners starting quite early, even though check-out wasn't until 11.

The location of this hostel is excellent. It has a kitchen with almost all necessary equipment. The staff is friendly. We got a single room with two double beds.

This hostel does not have an elevator. If someone carries heavy items like luggage, it can be difficult. However, the hostel reception may help carry the baggage to the upper floors. Toilets are clean but but some are tiny; sometimes, it is difficult to sit properly on the commode. The shower is okay but not very spacious.

I would like to thank the lady at the reception, who was very helpful and kind when I had a small crisis involving lost luggage.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, but that's fine for a short stay

The room was nice and big, but in the subterranean next to the communal kitchen and staff rooms. The window was to the garden where people sat and smoked in the morning. Earplugs are needed. The floor wasn’t super clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast looked nice, but we had our own food with us. All in all a good stay though.

Excellent location and the staff is super friendly and caring. I would 100% stay there again if travelling with a group.
