Great location - so close to Freidrichstrasse Stn, comfortable clean,room located close to shops & riverfront restaurants would stay again!

They have this pre check in program. I picked room 640. The receptonist was quite rude and basically said bad luck you have room.... City view my bum. Just a shabby court yard. They did follow up with guest survey while staying there, and i could have had a face to face with manager but not a deal breaker so got on with it. You still had to fill out a form show ID anyway, so why bother with pre check in

Good room, good beds, bathroom. Clean and nice, quiet, no problems. didn't have breakfast here as plenty of places around to eat. Lots of shops nearby and very close to the Museum Island. Train station across the road. Very convenient. We had a lovely evening walk to Brandenburg Gate.

For me, the location is all. Luckily, the receptionist agreed to give me a "loud" room, after being hesitant at first - "loud" meaning, looking out to the station and trains (which are not overly loud at all, with windows closed.

We could hear the trains rumbling, but it wasn't intrusive.

Location was fabulous, right in the heart of the city, a short walk from Brandenburg gate and Unter Den Linden. Hotel is right outside Friedrichstrasse station. Very clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Dedicated Concierge for any questions that you might have about the hotel and anything else really, so you didn't have to queue at reception. Would definitely stay there again.

Our room safe did not work, we asked the receptionist to have it fixed every day but nothing was done.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We liked the bar and restaurant area and their staff. The best was the location.

We weren't able to check-in on the guaranteed check-in time (03:00pm). The front desk personnel attitude was very rude.

Great location, clean and clean hotel. It is very easy to reach from the airport; the hotel is right next to the S-bahn stop. The breakfast was exceptional.

Bed was soft and didn't sleep well, I guess that's personal choice right. Towels needed refreshing, always seem paper thin and small in many locations.

Great location, perfect for transport hubs and shops and restaurants, nice chair in the room and the bathroom was a good size. Didn't sample food or drink. Was a one night stop over. The trains did not disturb us as much as we had read previous. Quite nice decor in the lobby area. Good hairdryer.

The room was clean. Comfy bed, nice bathroom facilities. Great value for money. Perfect location. Breakfast had a good variety of produce. Scrambled eggs were tasty and good quality. Mini donuts were a nice bonus. I would stay here again.

Easy to find, great decor, staff were very helpful and friendly, helping my wife with an ice pack after she had been stung by a wasp. The location was great abs the room had everything we required, bed was very comfy.

Location is amazing. You are right next to the Friedrichstrasse UBahn station, Unter den Linden and Alexanderplatz. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Very easy check-in/check out process, you can choose your own room in advance. Responsive staff.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, very friendly and very thoughtful. Especially one of them which actually warned me as to where in Berlin people are hostile for Israelis. Never felt so seen in a hotel.
