Great location near Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Kind staff. Clean and well-maintained place.

Google maps took us through a residential park area on foot when we first arrived, which was a little unnerving as it seemed quite lonely. Early in the morning, there are large groups of men waiting to access the mission just next to Marta's, which was a bit of a surprise as we were not aware there was a mission next-door, but we did not experience any negative interactions. There was some noise at night from the park area below our room as we had to keep the window open due to the higher temperatures during our visit.

Marta's is a 10-minute walk from Berlin Central station. The staff at Martas are just lovely. We received a really warm welcome when we checked in, and our room was ready 2 hours early, which was a great bonus. The rooms are basic dormatory style rooms but very spacious and clean. We had access to a kettle and fridge in the communal family room along with the laundry at a small cost, which was really useful. Breakfast was basic but plentiful.

We had breakfast one morning but was overpriced at 11 Euros per person especially as we paid for 6 people. There was also no hot food available for breakfast.

The Location was excellent and only a 10 minute walk from the station. The room was very clean and perfect for a short break.

It's just because the windows doesn't have screens, few insects gets inside of our room.

The spaces are all clean, and have a very nice and accomodating staff, the foods are good, we really enjoyed our stay, and if someday we visit berlin again, we will come back here.

Ventilation is poor in the bathroom, if the weather is humid, after two days the humidity in the shower is getting really bad, and towels won’t dry up. Also beds are for younger folks, if you’re above 185, will experience some discomfort 🙂

The location is close to the central station which is very practical, but it is also remote and not many restaurant options or touristic points. The restaurants close early

VIP room to work and plenty of common areas to chill and hang out. I’ve seen a fox in front of the hostel and it was pretty cool as well

Warm in the room but we got to borrow a small fan so it was ok. Breakfast was OK, its like school buffe bfast really simple! Rather buy bfast outside.

Good for just over night or short stay. Easy check in. Close to the train station. Staff was nice and helpful. Cold water machine just outside the restrooms (1 floor down from the reception) Inform them if you have many baggage maybe ask for a bigger room and close to the entrance or elevator.

We happened to be there on a very hot weekend. No AC was a bit uncomfortable, but the windows were large and opening them helped.

Very close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof but very quiet. Rooms were small and hard to cool in the summer but very affordable and comfortable beds. I stayed with my two children. Nice busy atmosphere with lots of groups of young people and families coming and going. Appreciated the breakfast and luggage storage.

Easy check-in & out, great service at reception desk & friendly. Great for families with kids for short stays as mine loved the bunk beds (we got private room/bathroom). The beds aren’t overly comfortable for adults but good enough for short stay. No air conditioning as most European hotels/aprts.

Room was not freshly renovated, but for me the most important things are good bedding, bed linen,good and large towels, good shower with hot water and high pressure and that was all provided well. Nice staff. Nice mood overall in the hotel. There was even a family room with small kitchen, fridge and toys, games-a place to chill with your family and friends.

There was no hairdryer in the room. The shower was combined with the toilet without any partition, which made it inconvenient. Also, there was no proper ventilation system in the bathroom, so after showering it stayed quite wet and humid.

The location was great, close to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable.

As it is a hostel, there were groups of school children staying which could be noisy. The furniture in the bedrooms was quite basic and dated but very clean and we found it comfortable for a couple of nights.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hostel is located in a quiet area about 10 mins walk from Berlin Hbf. We stayed in a family room with twin beds and a bunk bed and a private bathroom. The breakfast is excellent.
