The staff were wonderful, gave us excellent advice about the city and were very helpful. The restaurant is excellent. The location directly across from the main train station makes it very convenient to get around without a car or needing a taxi.

Room was quite small, and the wardrobe, while big enough, didn't have enough shelves to properly unpack our luggage. We opted not to get breakfast at the hotel because of the high price (plenty of cafes and bakeries in the vicinity).

We had a room on the noisy (train station) side of the hotel, close to street level, and the sound insulation was very good -- I sleep pretty light and had no problems at all. The spa and sauna area was very pleasant. Bedding was comfortable, shower was high quality. Convenient bicycle parking in the back. We had inexpensive rental bikes from the Radstation, so we just parked them in the open outdoor racks, but there were also locked bike sheds available. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The room was a bit too warm. We opened the window in the evening and closed it overnight but we felt it was quite warm regardless.

The hotel was close to the train station so it was nice to drop off our bags and then go for a walk. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of choices. The staff were helpful.

Wifi connection was poor and unreliable in my room. Bathroom was very narrow.

Room was very comfortable, clean, and it included a mini fridge. The rooms have slippers and bathrobes to go to the hotel spa, which I appreciated. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station and a short walk away from the city center. The are also many buses stopping in front of the hotel, such as the bus that goes to Münster airpot FMO. The hotel bar was very nice.

Even though you could ask for a pillow of your choice, which was fantastic, the bed was sadly not comfortable to our taste. It was way too soft. Having a small tea/coffee setup in the room would have been great. One thing I missed at the spa was some salt for the foot bath, which was not a big deal at all, but it would have made the spa experience even better!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our dog. On our arrival, there was a dog bed and dog bowl set ready for our dog. The spa was very nice and clean. The hotel interior was beautiful.

WiFi was a bit hit and miss with poor reception in my particular room. Lucky that I had free EU coverage with my contract. Pity we couldn't book a parking space, there were several local multistorey parking places within a short walk, but it would have been better if we could have parked at the hotel.

Location was great! Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English ( far better than my German). Altogether a very enjoyable stay.
