Good location generally, close to the Center of town, easy to walk.

Nice room, though good proximity to the center ,lots of drunks and addicts hanging around the green belt that surrounds the city, the approach is smelly and dirty.

Rather small and very slow elevator

The staff were wonderful, gave us excellent advice about the city and were very helpful. The restaurant is excellent. The location directly across from the main train station makes it very convenient to get around without a car or needing a taxi.

The room was a bit on the small side, and the elevator was a bit quirky, but no real problem.

Wifi not working. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Airco quite noisy. Only one small slow elevator for too many quests.

We had a room on the noisy (train station) side of the hotel, close to street level, and the sound insulation was very good -- I sleep pretty light and had no problems at all. The spa and sauna area was very pleasant. Bedding was comfortable, shower was high quality. Convenient bicycle parking in the back. We had inexpensive rental bikes from the Radstation, so we just parked them in the open outdoor racks, but there were also locked bike sheds available. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Room was quite small, and the wardrobe, while big enough, didn't have enough shelves to properly unpack our luggage. We opted not to get breakfast at the hotel because of the high price (plenty of cafes and bakeries in the vicinity).

The hotel was close to the train station so it was nice to drop off our bags and then go for a walk. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of choices. The staff were helpful.

The room was a bit too warm. We opened the window in the evening and closed it overnight but we felt it was quite warm regardless.

Room was very comfortable, clean, and it included a mini fridge. The rooms have slippers and bathrobes to go to the hotel spa, which I appreciated. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station and a short walk away from the city center. The are also many buses stopping in front of the hotel, such as the bus that goes to Münster airpot FMO. The hotel bar was very nice.

Wifi connection was poor and unreliable in my room. Bathroom was very narrow.

Breakfast was quite good and the location was very close to the station.
