The lake view is currently limited by dense foliage of trees and shrubs. To avoid further misunderstandings, the indication „lake view“ has been removed from the ad, we will add a seasonal lake view instead. However, we would like to point out that the street and the ground floor location is indicated in the advertisement description. The road is trafficed to varying degrees depending on the time of year and day. As a small compensation, we would give you a discount on the smaller apartment on the 1st floor. OG in the house next door, as they have a beautiful view of the lake in autumn \ winter. Feel free to write to us about this.
