The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were all good. The Hotel is easy to reach by car if you want to visit Heidelberg, and it offers free parking. The breakfast was good and with many varieties.

There was nothing not to like

Good location. Very handy for local buses and for the tram system. Heidelburg less then an hour away. We'll stocked supermarket if you've forgotten any essentials and a couple of handy cafes and restaurants if you want something different. Staff in the hotel really brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Hotel has definitely seen better days. First night, halve of the appliances didn't work, including the TV. Second night I spent in a better room. Appreciated the effort, especially because the new room had lift access. Hence, if you travel with heavy luggage and if you might be a bit older, make sure you get a room with lift access.

Breakfast was pretty average, rather generic, nothing special.

I only stayed 1 night and honestly couldn't fault the hotel and the restaurant was also very good. The service and food were both prompt and well served. It was a busy restaurant which gave a good ambiance.

The breakfast was a full set up of continental breakfast supported by hot bacon, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Coffee was served to the table. Breakfast started at 6 which was very good so I could be away early to collect the parts from my supplier.

This accommodation is 30 Dollars over priced, Parking- Abysmal, extremely limited , 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the front door even with a handicapped parking spot. parking lot not secured, sparsely lit and no security. Room - Very small, Situated on the third floor directly adjacent a busy secondary highway, Small sparsely furnished, Old Worn Chairs, old school 70’s 80’s shag rug. The Bed was wedged into a small area with a sloped roof, who ever got the left side was going to hit their head getting in and out of bed. Very Thin Pillows, both my spouse and I got headaches. Bathroom very old and cramped shower Resteraunt - High end food, good menu choices, with reasonable prices. Breakfast Staff - The Elderly German staff were very cordial however, The two young ladies from East Bloc seemed to have issues with people of color, they greeted the German guests or those who from appearances seemed to be, but the Syrian Guests. I recommend they either get intense hospitality training or their employment terminated.

Parking was a walk from the hotel which made getting luggage to room awkward. Room was a little cluttered - there was a bench seat and a table with 2 chairs. Not convinced they were both needed.

Good food, lovely choice at breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Ample free off street parking, room was quiet.
