Breakfast was great. Location was mostly quiet.

Rooms and beds were a little small - as was the shower. But nothing really to complain about

It's a bit outdated hotel

Breakfast was great and a young man made me a lovely cappuccino Carol

Room was very hot, no air conditioning and the narrow road directly outside the window had never ending traffic, so when we had the windows open it was extremely noisy Carol

Unpleasant smell of sewage pipe. Old hotel, dirty carpet, window without mosquito net, loud from the street

Buffet style breakfast offering a good range of food. Room was comfortable.

Everything was fine, there was nothing to dislike

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were all good. The Hotel is easy to reach by car if you want to visit Heidelberg, and it offers free parking. The breakfast was good and with many varieties.

Good location. Very handy for local buses and for the tram system. Heidelburg less then an hour away. We'll stocked supermarket if you've forgotten any essentials and a couple of handy cafes and restaurants if you want something different. Staff in the hotel really brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again

It was the perfect location

A small fan in the room in the summertime would be nice. It was very warm, unfortunately no breeze with the window open

Breakfast was pretty average, rather generic, nothing special.

Hotel has definitely seen better days. First night, halve of the appliances didn't work, including the TV. Second night I spent in a better room. Appreciated the effort, especially because the new room had lift access. Hence, if you travel with heavy luggage and if you might be a bit older, make sure you get a room with lift access.
