The restaurant was exceptional, but very pricey. The waiter accommodated our smaller appetites, ( and budget) so we were able to have lovely meal. The hotel was quite far from the train station and we needed a taxi. It was in a nice neighborhood, but when we walked around we did not see any other restaurants nor sights to visit.

The room was charming, with our beds in a separate alcove , and a sitting room with a balcony. The building had old Germany cozy charm and history.The reception was very efficient.

The Wi-Fi signal was not so good in the room I stayed because it was in the corner.

The hotel is wonderful. The breakfast has a lot kinds of food and for Easter there was special cakes for it and it was quite delicious. There is hotel restaurant for the guest, and the dishes are also wonderful. The staffs are nice and ready to help. The room for us are already big enough and clean. When you travel by car and you would like to visit Bodensee and Konstanz, this shouldn’t be a problem for you.

Our room was spacious. We were very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our dogs were welcome. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was good. We’d dined at a posh restaurant on the night of our arrival. The food in the Hotel Krone was better.

We stayed one night, in transit. Everything was fine. The hotel lobby, impressive, with wide stairs, soft carpets and large mirrors, is in tune with the building from 1900. Our room was spacious, modernly furnished, very clean, comfortable beds, quality bedding. With very well insulated windows, without outside noise. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. We visited the nearby picturesque medieval town of Stein am Rhein.

Regarding Hotel Stay Dear Management of booking I am writing to formally express my disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding my subsequent stay at [15.08.202]. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below acceptable standards and I would like to make the following points which I would like to bring to your attention: Very dirty bathroom - The bathroom was in a very poor and unsanitary condition which made it unusable and uncomfortable during our stay. Misleading information regarding parking - Your advert stated that parking was available, however upon arrival, we were informed that there was no parking. This was a significant inconvenience. Environmental and Safety Issues - The room was infested with insects which bit us throughout the night. Spider webs were visible and shockingly, a scorpion and a bee were even found inside the room. I am attaching a photo of the scorpion for your information. Small and inadequate fan – The room only had a very small fan which was not enough for ventilation or comfort. Tourist tax – During the booking period, it stated that all financial issues were included. However, upon check out, they charged us an additional tax which was unexpected and unfair. Poor quality breakfast – The breakfast was of very poor quality and did not appear to be made with fresh ingredients or to a high standard. The pillows weren’t actually pillows they were just folded blankets stuffed inside pillowcases In light of all of the above, I find the conditions unacceptable and far from what was advertised. I am requesting a full refund for the night I stayed at this property. I am also attaching a photo of the unsafe condition of the room as proof. I am sure you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly.
