How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I recently stayed at this hotel. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that affected my overall experience. On the positive side, the staff were polite and tried to assist where possible. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. However, I faced a few challenges. The elevator only operates up to the second floor, and it does not reach the third, fourth, or fifth floors. Since my room was on the fifth floor, carrying my suitcases upstairs was very difficult. In the evening hours, the reception was not available, which made it hard to solve basic issues. For example, I asked for help turning off the air conditioner, but the receptionist said they couldn’t assist. Only after sharing my concern and giving feedback was the issue resolved, although it took some effort. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations and could be improved. Additionally, the hotel’s location is quite far from the city center, which may not be ideal for all travelers. With a few improvements, especially in service and cleanliness, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

The first room made me feel uncomfortable because of its awkward shape. After I had moved to a better room, I discovered that the utility room next door was often in use until late at night, unfortunately.

Verified reviewI booked a 20 square meter room, when I arrived at the hotel I received 16 square meters. The receptionist said she didn't have another room. When I entered the bathroom I discovered that there was no room for anything. The size is half a meter by half a meter including the shower, what's more the bathroom is very smelly, and if you open the window you can hear the cars and the central bus station right below the window on the road by the hotel, the hotel provides earplugs for guests, it's ridiculous, it's unacceptable, it's really unpleasant to stay there, so I got up and went home. we didn't stay at the hotel for the night. General disappointment.

The staff were great - room was clean and cozy. The shower is a bit tight but not a big deal. Breakfast was pretty - not free but for a fee it was worth it.

The hotel is good, I was in room 405 and it was a bit bizarre that I found a baby cot in the room, which I booked for one, but I just moved it away. The room is clean,had tea/coffee/water and a kettle. The room was facing the main road so it was a bit noisy but ok. I came on Sunday where you can park for free on the road just outside and I was lucky to find a space just outside the hotel. Not sure how much the parking cost for a day. The staff was friendly, easy to check in/check out. Nice touches, comfy beds.
Particularly in room 405 the bathroom was rather small(corner), so it would be tricky for a bigger person to maneuver.
