We are thrilled to know that you had such a great stay and that you pointed out many aspects, such as our prime location and the equipment of the room that you could find in your room. On the other hand, we are sorry to know that you were not 100% satisfied with everything. Regarding the duvet, we regret that it caused inconveniences. Next time please do not hesitate to ask our reception team for another one, they will be happy to assist you. We are going through a Soft Opening phase, it means that until the 22nd of July we offered complimentary breakfast to all guests, as we did not have the restaurant finished. Now we are already able to offer a proper breakfast buffet which is also charge We hope that despite some negatives encountered, we will get the opportunity to welcome you again and give you a better experience.
