It cost too expensive with breakfast because there are less variety of breakfast. They could add some foods for example like omelet or sausagges. It would be nice. There is no rezeption. The heater on my room seem doesnt work.

The room was simple but good for solo traveler. WiFi was good. The room is cleaned. Lamps were good. Smell from the entry door was good.

Room was very small, bathroom even tinier, hardly any place to move. Staff didn’t show up, didn’t respond to texts or calls, had to wait for 30 mins before they called us back and gave instructions. Room was located on 2nd floor with no lift. It was difficult for my parents.

Great location, beds were comfortable. Provided necessary toiletries. Good WIFI.

Very poor sound insulation, you can hear all the neighbors. Shared shower and toilet in non-rooms, very inconvenient. Small room size. There are no shops nearby and all the restaurants were practically closed.

Was able to check in late and it's easy to find. It was alao fairly quiet and clean. There is a basin in the room that is also convenient, considering the price.

The bathroom wasn't well-equipped, because the shower head was loose.

The rooms were simple and good. The bed was comfortable, but small. The Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. The location was great and well-connected to the city centre. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I didn´t exaclty find the room clean: bathroom door was dirty with a hair stuck on it, the radiator was really dusty, toilet was not well cleaned, the handle of the roll shutters was sticky for some reason. During the night, you could see the light from the hallway peak from under the door and the room was not exactly soundproofed.

I did like that the cleaning staff managed to get us checked in beforehand since it was pouring outside and it was a strike day for all the Stuttgart transport.

The TV in my room didn't work. The furniture was very old. It looked like the owner had not invested in the hotel interior for many decades

The location near the Wilhelma park was good. The variety of restaurants in the vicinity was poor.

No staff present therefore I cannot review the staff. When I arrived I could get no response. Fortunately there was a phone number which I managed to phone to get a key from the key safe. I had specifically booked this hotel as it served breakfast. The following morning there were no staff so no breakfast. I phoned the number again and was promised a refund as no staff were available. 2 weeks later the promised refund had not materialised so I contacted Booking.Com. They could get no response from the hotel, neither could I so Booking.Com refunded me. Not the best experience!

The walls are very thin, my room was next to the hallway door which made it kind of noisy because of all the coming and going of other guests. If you're sensitive to noises I'd recommend using earplugs. Entering the hotel was a bit tricky, I had to call someone.

It serves the purpose if you're planning to spend a few nights in Stuttgart, the centre is reachable with a 15 min U-bahn ride. The area is calm, the room had all you need if you just want to sleep. It was clean and in a good condition.

It was a lovely place! The staff was super nice. We arrived later as the check-in time, but the key exchange was absolutely perfectly organized. The room was very clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The next time I'm visiting Stuttgart, I'm going to stay here again.

Basic hotel, a bit dated.

Close to public transport. Very affordable. Good breakfast. Close to spas. Check-in via telephone and key-box worked well.

Cancelled one of the two nights some 3 days earlier and was refused a refund. Beds are not adequate to fit anyone over 5'9". Had to sleep in fetal position all night. The Bathrooms are incredibly small and water pressure is non-existent.

Check in was easy and when TV wasn't working they changed my room without issue.

Not much not to like. It’s great value for money

Very clean and really comfortable bed. Great location for the festival site. Shared bathroom and toilets always spotless.
