One thing I would suggest is having more people available at the cooking counter for breakfast. There was always a large Que at this. More service here would be great.

The room was not very clean; there could have been more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom sink was too small, so water splashed everywhere, which was not pleasant at all. In terms of location, getting there from the train station was not easy. It looks close on the map, but due to ongoing construction on the way, it was quite a hassle. If you have several suitcases, unfortunately, you’ll have to go up and down stairs.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The facility was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The food didn’t quite match our cuisine, but it was still decent.

A little down on cleanliness as I found a couple of hair in the bathroom at arrival. Also the carpet, feels a little worn and dirty. Breakfast felt rushed and the table was a little brittle. The TV was not a smart TV so couldn't watch our favourite show.

We loved the atmosphere walking in, the reception team was great and very welcoming. The pool and spa area are something special. The park across the road is a fantastic place to go for a walk and relax in greenery.

The complementary bottles of water (one sparkling and 1 still) were only 0.5l, could have done with larger bottles, they were replenished daily. There is nothing right next to the hotel. It overlooks a main road. Getting to the hotel from the train station requires negotiating 2 flights of stairs, crossing a footbridge then going down a flight of stairs at the other end.

Location was ok. 7 minutes walk from the main train station. The breakfast was excellent. The staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

We arrived by rail, so the only way to get to the hotel was by walking. Due to the construction work & the stairs in between, this was very tiring & difficult. This also caused an inconvenience for the Uber + taxis who were diverted to get there. We also felt that the location did not offer too much other options for us to enjoy.

Room was comfortable in size & appreciated the bath tub facility. Hotel is beautiful internally & well fitted out. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink with great service.

The parking garage entrance is quite narrow. If you have a big car, it’s a challenge to get in and out without any damages. Once in the garage, the parking is huge with generous parking spots. Since the building is very big, I’m not sure why they designed the entrance and the exit like this.

The hotel has a nice spa area and a gym that is open 24 hours. I had a room on the courtyard side that was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whether it is the reception staff, at the spa, the bar or the breakfast, they were all super friendly and well-trained. The breakfast was also excellent.

The hotel feels quite dark, particularly in the lobby and on the first floor. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, real milk in the mini fridge would have been nice as opposed to the creamer packs.

Room very dark even with all lights on. Hotel accessible only via a small bridge over a dual carriageway, accessed through a building site at the back of the station. This meant a climb up 55 steps with luggage on arrival, and the dark park area didn’t always feel safe. Room wasn’t cleaned on second day by 4.30pm so we had to go and ask for it to have towels replaced etc. Check in staff rather abrupt and not what one would hope from a high end Marriott.

Room was excellent size, and bathroom clean and well set out.

During check in, the front desk staff manner was bad. I did ask for high floor during my booking but she gave me first floor and said rooms were fully book. However, the other days front desk staffs were good. Had to walk quite far to train station especially with luggages.
