Our stay was great. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there on two different occasions. The first time, everything was excellent special thanks to the waiter Mathias, who was very helpful. During our second stay, we noticed that the dining area could have been a bit cleaner, especially the sugar jars, which weren’t very clean. The waiting staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about it, which was a bit surprising. Other than that, everything else was very good. One small issue didn’t ruin our overall experience, and we would definitely stay there again. A special thank you to receptionist Antonia for her warm welcome and for taking the time to explain where to find nearby petrol stations and restaurants.

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed the evening I was there. That is about all.

Everything was fine. It was easy to find - just off the motorway. Ideal for driving across Germany and heading for the channel ports. The car park was good.

Parking charge of €8 per night.

Conveniently located from motorway and easy to get to. Hassle free booking and check in. Overall, clean and tidy rooms which are quite spacious. Good sized and comfortably firm beds. Coffee maker with complimentary pods and a bottle of mineral water in room was an awesome and welcome bonus.

Overall, the accommodation was good, but there could have been more pillow options (they were very soft) and the blackout curtains did not block out the light from the window. No room service available.

I spent almost 1.000 nights at Leonardo hotels and I’ve been treated so bad by the front desk in Aachen !!! Very disappointing staff, total absence of customer orientation and understanding ! It looks that loyalty does not matter for miss Anna Adele!!

Room was small. Couldn't leave a suitcase case open. 2 flights of stairs up and 1 more down to get to our room. Steps down were awkward size.

This was in an industrial area so some had a drinking party in their room. You heard when walking past but not from inside our room.

We needed a break in our drive north and this hotel became the spot. Two surprisingly good reastuarnats close by - walking. Room quite ok and quiet.

I would have happily book this hotel again as I am regularly in Aachen. However, the 2nights minimum stay in summer make it impossible for business travelers. Please consider changing this policy.

Room too hot and they advertise dogs as 15 euro per room but don’t say that is for 1 dog so 3 dogs were 45 euro which is excessive

Tge air conditioning is not cool enough, pre-set to 20 degrees, and no minibar in the room , which would be a nice touch.

Very friendly staff, great facilities in the room , large single beds .
