Had to pay an additional €25 to park onsite and car park was very busy and tight.

Excellent. Bed was so comfortable. Room is beautiful. Modern and cosy. Good roomy space. Shower was lovely too. We used the pool facilities the next day which was lovely too. Would definitely return.

Very clean and well stocked. Location is good with a short walk into the centre. Don’t use the pool or spa This is the second year we have stayed here. The hotel has been nicely refurbished since our last visit. It offered coffee machine in the rooms with usb charging point also a fast charge next to the bed

I guess the experience will depend on which room you get. First I was assigned a room that smelled really bad and was next to the elevator, which would have made the stay rather unpleasant. The hotel new about the smell in the room because the fan inside the bathroom was set to be constantly on. Problems like this should be addressed and solved. I complained and the front desk was helpful and moved me to a much nicer room. The doors slam shut, a bit problematic late at night and early in the morning. The front desk gave me a late check out, I mentioned I would be leaving at around 1pm instead of 12, at approx 12.30 housekeeping came in, I explained, they gave me an annoyed stare and closed the door without even replying. The TV is not connected to the internet and therefore it is not possible to watch Netflix/YouTube nor to cast the phone screen on the TV, this is a shame as there were very few cable channels and none of the ones in english were working.

Front desk staff is polite. The rooms are large and have a balcony with a table and chairs. Beds are comfortable. Location is very good. Coffee machine in the bedroom.

The breakfast area and setup were not the best, especially for big groups of people that will show up at the same time. I also believe that the menu could have a bit more options but it was ok.

Room was really spacious and comfortable. Good location, around 1km away from the city centre. Pool and Spa facilities were good. The hotel looks a bit old but it has been beautifuly renovated.

The fact that there was no choice for the set menu dinner was disappointing. Usually for a set menu there will be a couple of options depending on diet but this was not the case. When I could not eat something they just had to remove it. And for the price I was shocked there was fish most days and duck one for one day. No option for pork or beef. For the price paid I don't think that is adequate.

Staff was great and care was shown through our trip. We enjoyed the facilities including swimming, and the breakfast most of all. Liked the half board option.

Parking is a bit of an issue. While eventually we always had a space (thanks to help from staff), it was not always easy to park. The lifts are a bit old and small.

The room was spacious and had a really nice balcony. Very relaxed atmosphere, very green neighborhood. About 15 mins easy walk distance to the city center. 2-3 mins drive to/from the tunnel that takes you out of the city. Veery helpful staff Pool, gym and spa are really great. Room had smart tv with Netflix
