There was a noise from outside during all time - because of the big street in front of the building. And it was too hot summer weather to close the windows. Most probably not all rooms are at the noisy side of the hotel building.

Everything with the room was very good - it was clean and well equipped.

The code to get into the room seemed quite long, and although it was supposed to be a shortened version after the first time, we found we had to put the long code in each time to get access. (Don't go out without the code to get back in!!) The shower was hand-held but I suspect that may be fixed.

Simple but very attractive room design, with well thought-out kitchenette. Very comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets. Quiet locality although in the middle of the town and nice to be able to open the windows on to small balcony. Very clean. Very close to u-bahn so easy access to centre of Munich. Supermarket, bakeries and restaurants in Garching within a minute's walk.

The amenities and kitchen furniture are limited for a long stay. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay

Bathroom is small and shower doesnt have curtain, so when you are done, the whole bathroom is wet. Kitchen is small with very little space for cutting/preparing meals.

Free parking in front of the building. Location very close to supermarket and subway station. Calm part of the city. Kitchen is equiped with all needen apliances and kitchenware.

Fairly noisy, as it is directly above a supermarket and looking out at the U-Bahn entrance. You can hear other people in the building trampling around very clearly. Trains are only every 20 minutes, so have to plan ahead when travelling. No microwave or oven in the apartment. The holder for the shower head was broken. No option to leave luggage on last day and no option for later check-out.

Directly at the U-Bahn, so good connection to Munich. The bed is big and comfortable. Easy check-in with the provided instructions. Supermarket and bakeries are right there, so easy to self-cater.

Bed mattress too soft and pillows too big. Curtains on the window don't block all the daylight (should be trivial to fix).

Location, supermarkets and restaurants and subway near by. Room had all i needed. Was in a quiet place in Garching but luckily the city is not crowded anyway nor with night life (love it like it is)

Check in was very difficult because the hotel kept refusing my VISA credit card. Because there is no reception on site it was difficult to determine what went wrong.

The place is very conveniently located, clean, and very practical.

mattress in the bed a bit too soft for my taste, instead of sheet+blanket one has simply a duvet and i struggle to get comfortable in such conditions. The absence of a curtain on the shower makes it impossible not to get messy during/after showering, maybe a point to revise with a movable curtain even (no need for rigid glass/structure)

location with U-Bahn just around the corner and bus stops too and restaurants, quiet room considering the quiet surroundings, most amenities one would expect (maybe they could have detergent for washing included), good Wifi.

It was quite expensive, almost 300 Euros/night but this was probably due to the Octoberfest.

Nice studio apartment in very central location close to the subway station in Garching. Check-in is completely online, we had no contact with any personnel.

Room doors a way too heavy, frustrating.

The rooms are not big but for one night (which was our case) or two there is everything you need. Kitchen was fully equipped. Everything clean. Online check-in and receiving the access codes works well. We were lucky to find a parking spot just outside the hotel. Great location - outside of Munich but just around the corner to the metro station.

It is a shame that the first impression when you arrive is spoiled by the entrance to the building. The steps leading to the main entrance were full of rubbish, ash and cigarette butts. Indeed, my heart sank and i was then worried about what the accommodation might be like. However, the room was then great after all.

The room was great. It had everything one could need. Smartly decorated, good sized television and even a welcome gift was presented. The process of checking in and checking out was digital and very convenient for someone used to such things. I can imagine that for some this may be stressful however.

"BE CARREFULL" with automatic check in system. System is completely solved automaticaly and owner of accomodation doesn´t pressume that people are going on holiday and do not want spent time by on-line checking. I had problem with access systome of LIMEHOME and had to solve by phone and mail. Day before trip I received e-mail, that check in is correct, but when we arrived check in was not completed and we spent 1 hour in front of doors, by managing to recieve access code again by e-mail.

Our trip was focussed to football Match Bayern and visit City. For these activities is it absolutely perfect place. There is situated two station north from of Allianz arena. Outside of the lot of people trawelling on football. Journey to City by U-Bahn is absolutely easy too. Garching is small, nice, quiet town.
