Great price, big parking in the back. Clean suite with comfy bed and kitchen with free coffee.

Everything with the room was very good - it was clean and well equipped.

There was a noise from outside during all time - because of the big street in front of the building. And it was too hot summer weather to close the windows. Most probably not all rooms are at the noisy side of the hotel building.

Location and kitchen set up is great & clean room as always with lime homes.

Would have been nice to have information that there is a construction site attached to the accommodation. I was woken up at 7am - 8am to concrete drilling and hammering each morning that was SO LOUD in my room. Needs a fan at the very least - no aircon was brutal. Had a random knock at the door at 10am for staff to come in and inspect the room and toilet with no notice.

Location and facilities, affordable price.

THE CHECK IN WAS A DISASTER. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT IN - WALKING DOWN THE HALL WAS LIKE ENTERING A TRUE CRIME MOVIE. THEN THE ROOM Was about a quarter the size the pictures depicted - not enough room for 2 people. We had paid for 3 nights and stayed for 1 night and that was only because it was too late to find somewhere else that night.

Simple but very attractive room design, with well thought-out kitchenette. Very comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets. Quiet locality although in the middle of the town and nice to be able to open the windows on to small balcony. Very clean. Very close to u-bahn so easy access to centre of Munich. Supermarket, bakeries and restaurants in Garching within a minute's walk.

The code to get into the room seemed quite long, and although it was supposed to be a shortened version after the first time, we found we had to put the long code in each time to get access. (Don't go out without the code to get back in!!) The shower was hand-held but I suspect that may be fixed.

The aeriation smells bad. No personal present. feels like a student dorms Expensive for the service offered. No breakfast offer

Clean and quite

Free parking in front of the building. Location very close to supermarket and subway station. Calm part of the city. Kitchen is equiped with all needen apliances and kitchenware.

Bathroom is small and shower doesnt have curtain, so when you are done, the whole bathroom is wet. Kitchen is small with very little space for cutting/preparing meals.

Directly at the U-Bahn, so good connection to Munich. The bed is big and comfortable. Easy check-in with the provided instructions. Supermarket and bakeries are right there, so easy to self-cater.

Fairly noisy, as it is directly above a supermarket and looking out at the U-Bahn entrance. You can hear other people in the building trampling around very clearly. Trains are only every 20 minutes, so have to plan ahead when travelling. No microwave or oven in the apartment. The holder for the shower head was broken. No option to leave luggage on last day and no option for later check-out.
