The host was extremely helpful to us. We arrived late at the hotel, but he was waiting for us at the door, greeting us and providing us with useful information about the hotel and our trip. The location is excellent, close to the train and bus stations. It is situated in the middle of the city's most interesting road.

Fantastic location in the middle of Old Town and a short walk from the station. Great facilities and very spacious. Great service with help/tips for local area and getting to the castle.

Peter the host is excellent. He met us outside and directed us to the parking space, then escorted us to the property. He presented a binder full of information on local sights, free bus passes for the area as well as personal recommendations for dining. The building, while quirky, fit our needs. It is located on a pedestrian mall, so once you step outside, you are steps from dining and/or shopping. It is very quiet at night since there is no vehicle traffic. Peter invited us to play a ‘game’ using the front of the building which is beautifully painted. We would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Fussen.

Centre to the historic part of Fussen, close to restaurants and all the historic sites, full kitchen, easy to get in and out

The apartment was perfect. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen and excellent location. Peter was wonderful, with meeting us at the car park, local knowledge, fussen card and drinks in the fridge. This has been the best place we have stayed in.

All was perfect.

Located right in the centre of the old town and a short walk from the train station. The building facade is one of the best in the main street, so take some time to admire the art work. The host has prepared a compendium with recommendations and there is a bakery diagonally opposite and another around the corner. There are two supermarkets close by and the main attractions are a few minutes away. Excellent place to stay with a host who provides what guests require.

We feel very lucky to stay in this fantastic two bedroom apartment, excellent location that is close to the train/bus stations and is right in the heart of the old town, step out the apartment there are many shops and delicious bakeries, full of cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. We stayed in the “Sissi” two bedrooms apartment, spotless clean that has a very large living space, master bedroom, a second bedroom that has two bunkbeds and desk, large bathroom shower for which the water temperature and pressure is perfect. Full equipped kitchen with eating area for four. The owner Peter is extremely organized, we followed his advice and had a very successful trip to visit the two castles and enjoyed many good meals in town. This comfortable classic apartment is perfect for family of four or just a couple to stay, we highly recommend it to anyone, book early when visiting Fussen.

Super nice apatrment and central location

The host was extra helpful and prepared fussen passes for us to take bus for free. There is almost nothing to complain about the house in the heart of the old town.

The car park is about 50 meters away from the house. It may not be friendly to those travellers with big luggages. There is only one toilet in the house, but nothing can be done since it is the old house in the middle of old town.

I have been to Füssen several times before and I have always looked at this beautiful old building and wondered what the atmosphere inside was like. It turned out that thanks to Booking.com I could also be a guest here. The owner is very kind. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I am very satisfied. Even when I left, I received a small souvenir as a gift from Mr. Peter Witzgall. Thank you, I would definitely come again.

Exceptional. The owner is welcoming and attentive to details to cater our needs. Location is on top of the shop in the town shopping area. It’s perfect. Room is so clean and comfortable we could stay here all day. We wish we would stay here longer. Definitely book again if we ever go back to Fussen. Book now you won’t be disappointed. This is the most positive review I’ve ever given. It’s well deserved.

A relaxed apartment that felt like home. Everything we needed in an excellent location with very helpful hosts.

We knew there would be stairs, and there are, but thankfully the apartment is only one flight up and our host was very happy to help us up with luggage.

This place is amazing - Peter the host is an absolute gentleman who went above and beyond to help Father and Son Australians months prior to arrival and upon arrival simply did everything to make it so easy for us - love these guys, absolutely awesome
