Place with a lot od charm and smooth check in. Close to downtown and yet reachable without the green sticker (which we didnt have). Convenient parking in front of the hotel.

Don’t let Google send you to the wrong hotel. Make sure you get directions for Hotel Luis Stadl NOT Hotel Luis. But should you be led astray (as we were) the staff at Hotel Luis will happily point you in the right direction and it’s only a few more minutes walking (across the river) to get there. Just FYI, Hotel Luis ALSO looks really pleasant!

We loved the location of this property on the edge of the old town but only about 10 minutes (walking) from the train station. Absolutely lovely room graced with mid-century modern furniture and a very comfortable bed, plus a bathroom large enough to dance in! The little kitchen was well equipped and very useful since we didn’t try the offered breakfast, but the breakfast space looked comfortable and inviting.

The location is great...and if you can get one of the rooms on the first floor your will have a small garden for your dog and kid...lovely.

It’s frustrating to see the price going down by more than 30% on the day of arrival. The reception didn’t offer us a discount.

Wished the sofa/lounging rooms were open after 8:00pm the booking.com and website is misleading as I chose the place because I thought it would have a good social atmosphere after hours, but they isolate you so the area is pretty worthless. Next time I'll choose a place where you have sections to socialize.

Very nice staff & team. Called Taxis always if you asked although wouldn't help out driving you anywhere, the Taxis in Regensburg the cheapest I've found anywhere in the world honestly, so it only costs 10 euros to have a Taxis drive you. Place Louis Stadl Hotel is gorgeous but a little misleading as the cozy rooms with sofas and lounging chairs is unavailable to guests after 8:00pm. So isolated didn't like this.
