My partner and I visited Friedrichschafen for a music festival and primarily picked this hotel because of the location. It was so lovely! The room was lovely, clean, well-organised, and had great lighting. The hotel staff were really helpful, they had an iron and ironing board for me to use, and they even had a pillow menu to select from, with special pillows with various herbs and such to promote a good night's sleep. There's a lovely restaurant in it which had a great menu and the breakfast was spectacular. There's even a Skybar on the top if you fancy a cocktail in the evening and if you get there before the sun goes down you'll have a wonderful view of Lake Constance.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. I can only recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and clean and the breakfast really is everything you could want in the morning.

Pillows were a bit too soft. The lobby and elevators were very busy on Friday evening because of all the guests trying to get to the Skybar.

A sleek and modern hotel less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes to downtown FN. We enjoyed our room’s view of the lake and mountains. Our room was very clean and functional, with excellent lighting. The same holds true for the bathroom. Staff at check-in and breakfast were extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant food was decent; reservation is recommended, as it was pretty full during our stay.

2 small pet peeves at the restaurant and bar: a) Lift the small milk jug off the table when you disinfect the tables during breakfast service between guests. Nobody wants stray sprinkles of disinfectant in their morning coffees milk!!! b) Serve whisky with a small shot glass of tap water. People like to dilute it slightly to get the full aroma. The staff managed in the end after giving me sparkling water initially.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Yet discrete and not annoying. They are there whenever you need something. Pleasant experience! The SkyBar is very nice and has a view to the lake.

It was a shame the sky garden was closed for a private function as that was one of the reasons I selected the hotel.
