It was spacious.

There is no parking Space, and Hostie neighbourhood.

The room is very small, especially bathroom. The sink is also very small, so you don't have space to wash your face. It was in ground floor level, just on the street. Si you can't open window.

The room was clean and we were able to share the room. There was a working fridge, kettle and the bathroom was decent. We were comfortable for the time we stayed there. The staff were lovely; it's a family-run business and both father and daughter were very helpful.

The room was on the 4th floor and we had a big suitcase to take up the stairs without a lift. The ceiling of the room was also slanted as it was the attic room so you could only stand up straight in the middle of the room!

Staff was really helpful, room and bathroom were very clean and, despite being a bit small, comfortable.

It was a little confusing to find the place since the reception is on the other side of the street and there are other hotels nearby. Didn't cause any problems though.

Everything. Worst place to book in. Me and my family couldn't check in beacuse they didnt offer late checkin. We were running late after a hike and called the receptionist as per the late chekin policy and they denied our entry. Worst part is, there is no one at the reception who speaks English and could assist us in communicating what was actually happening. We had to rebook a different property and booking.com could not intervene in this matter. 0 star rating property. Disgrace. And now they won't allow me to give 1 start rating. What a shame 🤣🤣

The room we got was different than the pictures we saw during booking. We were placed in an attic room with a slanted ceiling, which meant that the three of us could not stand up straight while walking around in the room. There was a stove in the kitchen which you are not allowed to use, at the threat of taking a fee from your credit card.

Perfect location, 1 minute from 2 lines of U trams, on the direction towards the airport 7 min of walking till S train, just before you will find FlixBus station - direct connection towards Heidelberg - I strongly recomand one day trip The room was a clean, comfy bed, good natural lighting, and excellent pressure of the water in the shower. The best reception desk in the world, a lovely dog, and great staff.

Nothing to dislike. I would love to return here, I felt safe, warm, and welcomed.

Check-in went super smooth, and the staff are phenomenal. Very clean place and great value for money.

My room was right next to the tram lines, so it gets quite noisy. Other than that, a great place to stay.

The only car parking is either on the street or or in a public car park which was full every time I went to use it. You aren’t allowed to cook in the rooms Also there is no plates, cups or cutlery No elevator to get up 5 levels

For a short term stay it's great. Good price/value ratio. The owners were kind and helpful with our later arrival and the room was clean, equiped with new furniture and bedsheets.

The kitchen in the room was prohibited to use and without equipment besides for a kettle and mug.
