I am sorry that the housekeeping was not as attentive as you and I expect. I have already talked to our executive housekeeper and apologize again for the inconveniences. The changing facility at the pool is at the left hand side right after the glass door to the pool. And yes, it is right that there aren’t bathrobes automatically in your room but you can order them at the reception for a fee. And yes, it is right that we have currently some construction in the hotel but they work only between 9.00 and 17.00 which is a quite common time for a business hotel. It is right that we have currently one floor with construction works. Usually we try not to use this floor but can’t avoid it if the hotel is fully booked. And yes, a hotel as big as ours – with 555 rooms the biggest hotel in Baden-Württemberg – can be indeed a bit confusing, but just feel free to ask our team for any directions. And yes, it is also a bit to walk to the rooms in the park wing – about 100 meters from the reception through the picture gallery – but therefore the rooms there are even quieter as the rooms in the main building are already. But I made already a note to your card index that you prefer a room in the main building. And yes, it is also probably right that there can be signs of usage in the room sometimes – something we can’t avoid completely with the number of guests we can welcome here each year but our technical department tries to repair them as fast as possible. The water temperature in the pool was at 27°C whilst your stay – similar to most public pools in Germany – and is a compromise between our bathing and our swimming guests. It is right that we have sometimes guests who smoke in a non-smoking room. We try our best to get rid of the smell by airing the room, cleaning the upholstery etc. but it don’t work always completely.
