It is right that it is about 100 meters to walk from the reception through the picture gallery to the rooms in the park wing. We have chosen a suite in the park wing for you as the suites facing the park are even quieter as the suites in the main building. But just leave us a note with your next reservation that you would prefer a suite in the main building and we try to choose one for you, according to the hotel occupancy. And yes, the sauna is currently not working due to a technical defect but the spare part is already ordered. I apologize for the inconveniences and would appreciate to welcome you here soon again. Ho scelto questo hotel per la presenza della sauna, avendo problemi fisici. Non sono stato avvertito al check-in che la sauna non era disponibile. Alla mia richiesta di compensazione anche simbolica con un vaucher per la cena, mi e’ stato detto che essendo inclusa nel prezzo, non potevano fare nulla. Se fosse stata a pagamento forse si. Ma consideranfo che pure essendo inclusa nel prezzo era prevista, non trovo corretto non sia stata rimborsata. Pessimo servizio. Polvere in camera . Non e’ accettabile. Sulla testiera del letto . Con poco potevano fare una ottima figura. Invece lo sconsiglio vivamente.

La camera presentava due letti singoli al limite della comodità e un divano letto matrimoniale a dir poco scomodo. Ho trovato tale soluzione non coerente con la struttura dell’albergo.

It is right that we have different types of family rooms. In your case it was one with two classic single beds and a high-end sofa bed with a king-size mattress for two people. We had chosen this room for you as it is the biggest of our family rooms and we thought you would prefer a bit space in the room with four adults.
