The room was fine, with an AC , but also a window to open if you preferre that. A nice rooftop bar, but only open 15:00-22:45. Very friendly staff

Location was close to public transport and near the Belgian Quarter for restaurants and bars. The spa was good value for money and we also went up to the roof terrace, although the bar wasn't open at the time we went up there. We had a great stay at the hotel.

The spa is great. Super price for guests. Just remember it’s not like other hotel spas - 7 saunas, sauna master, pools, hot tubs, etc. it’s extensive for a hotel. Got a room upgrade and it was a huge room!

There should have been time periods for entering baths/pools nude so the family audience with teenagers can enter without to much embarrashment. Also people sunbathing nude at roof top, maybe there could have been screens to separate area for that?

The staff in the restaurant that is by the spa were so unhelpful and just could not be bothered to serve us. Went in for some food and was told they were not serving food even though all the menus were out on table and bar.

The spa was a nice touch albeit not very comfortable with being completely naked in one with my 13 year old daughter so we didn't stay too long. The hotel was in a perfect location.

The airco in the room worked but either it should work all night which is quite loud or you will suffer from stuffy room, because of low ceilings, I think so. The airco was very loud and without airco with opened window it was quite stuffy in the room for 3 persons and it was not comfortable to sleep. It was only 25 degree outside during the day when we were there.

I stayed in room 209. All I can say is that you need to spend money to refurbish sections of your hotel. The carpet pattern in my room was horrendous! The wardrobe needed a brace behind the back to steady it. But I still enjoyed my stay and would return!

The staff were lovely. The breakfasts were well worth 20 euros. I used the top sunbathing terrace, which was a great bonus with the weather. The surrounding neighbourhood seemed okay, and walking to the museums I wanted to visit was great!

Staff members were not friendly, or helpful. Our trashcans where not emptied once in the whole stay in both of our rooms, one of the days our rooms where not cleaned or even visited.

Maybe don't go to the spa area alone late at night if you are a woman...my wife was followed into a sauna by a man who offered unwelcome compliments on her body. This, after she witnessed a couple being...intimate...in the pool. There is a whole list of rules and signs posted all over, but inevitably some will ignore them. We were both much happier with the vibes during the day, and very happy with the variety of saunas, and the pools! We'll be back.

The saunas are wonderful, great variety, and the whole spa area is very relaxing, clean, and spacious. The location is also excellent and, the hotel is very accessible via train, which we loved. Cool area, too, with a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby.

The hotel was extremely dated. I had no bed sheet just a duvet. No swimming pool to workout in.

The spa part of the hotel was excellent. Great conditions. I do think it should be made clear to non-germans that there is no “swimming pool” as in a rectangle to get a good swimming workout in. Booking.com says it has a pool

My deluxe room, the mini bar was off and the tea/coffee supply very poor. Considering this was a deluxe room, I was disappointed with this. No milk either and not even a small biscuit. Bed was lovely though and I slept well. The room with all the lights on was very dark. One light did not work.
