Probably just the location

As soon as we got dropped off outside the hotel, the stench was awful (smells of urine) The staff who checked us in was extremely miserable and scripted. The room was misleading from the pictures, the shower drain was very slow - continuously standing in your own shower water. Also on the website it's showing the swimming pool pictures which they failed to mention costs extra per person to use. (unless I have missed it) Initially we asked the reception staff and she did not mention anything about cost. When we decided to have a quick dip once late night, we were asked to pay. We were told we can only go in wearing the robe (unless you have brought your own) you have to pay extra and also to pay for the slippers. The walls and the curtains in the room have stains.

The location was very easy to access the city from and staff were nice

There was a mouse in our room and bins weren't emptied in our original hotel room upon arriving, the hotel did switch our rooms though.

The spa facilities are incredible. Rooftop is great for summer

Being charged for a robe and slippers seemed a bit unfair

The room was fine, with an AC , but also a window to open if you preferre that. A nice rooftop bar, but only open 15:00-22:45. Very friendly staff

It is also a Therme , ( which costs 10€ for hotel guests to use the pool), so the whole bar/dining area smells of swimming pool.

Location was close to public transport and near the Belgian Quarter for restaurants and bars. The spa was good value for money and we also went up to the roof terrace, although the bar wasn't open at the time we went up there. We had a great stay at the hotel.

Very clean. Staff were helpful. Rooms were bid and roomy. The spa was lovely (although we didn’t stay in it)

Booked for the spa. When I read it was a naked spa I didn’t really think it would be a full on naked spa. Charged an extra €8 for a robe and €10 per person to go in the spa, only to come straight back out again because we were the only one in swimmers. No fault of the hotels, I should have googled German spas 😳

The spa is great. Super price for guests. Just remember it’s not like other hotel spas - 7 saunas, sauna master, pools, hot tubs, etc. it’s extensive for a hotel. Got a room upgrade and it was a huge room!

No onsite parking, parking was multi-storey car park 400m / 5 minute walk away.

It was clean, spacious and in a good location.

The fact that our room wasn’t located in the actual hotel building with access to the reception area etc. We had to leave the hotel and walk to the back and enter a building which was like a block of flats. I was travelling with 2 teenage boys and booked the property thinking we couid use the pool. There is not a pool, it’s a nudge wellbess Spa.
