We stayed one night, they forgot to make two beds, the cleaning lady entered the room without knocking at 8 am. This is outrageous.

Not a negative exactly, but the location above a shopping centre is unusual!

Very large rooms which were clean and made up each day. Breakfast (€16 per day when booked in advance) was very good. Location a little industrial but a 10 min stroll across the bridge to France and a 2 min walk to the tram stop to Basel.

We had to separate the beds to make 2 singles. The floor was dirty, bits of rubbish down the sides, under the bed and out the window ledge. One of the bed slats was broken underneath. No kettle. The toilet paper was a bit rough.

The location was good, close to shops, parks, transport and on the tri border. Small stove in the room, with some dishes and utensils, also a mini fridge with some drinks and chocolate.

Check how the parking workshop before arriving. You need to know where to park, especially when the shops are open.

Very good hotel over a shopping center. Great to wander into Basel of into France. The gym qas worth every penny.

I could've had a kettle for a hot drink, but its not too much of a worry.

We only stayed for a short while since we had to catch the first tram at 4:50am but its location being really close to a tram stop highlights its useful location near where the three countries meet. The room was clean and had what I needed, including many outlets.

I did not receive a reply to my online questions, including in respect of parking space and parking with charger for our EV. This resulted in us spending about an hour finding the right place. Also, the address stated in the reservation gives a totally wrong location on Google Maps. This may be worth troubleshooting if others experience the same.

The breakfast would improve by having more modern choices, such as overnight oats and chia seeds, oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, cranberries or other healthy options. Thank you :-)

The Parking and the Entrance of the Hotel located in two separate ways, you have a parking area for free at the level 6 but you cannot enter the hotel direct from here. You park here, take a lift go downstairs from 6 to down floor, and take another lift from down to 6th floor to reach the Hotel

Cleaning could be better, mediocre service, the air in the room was very stale and it got extremely hot and stuffy if you didn’t leave the window open.

The lack of air conditioning, on a hot evening - the hotel provided fans which helped a lot. But the sister hotel I believe does have air conditioning and its something to consider when booking.

There were LARGE silverfish on the walls in our room. Lots of scuffs and stuff on the walls (like did someone ride their bike on the walls in here??) which just made the room feel less clean than it probably was. So so so very hot in the room even with fans and the windows open. There were also tiny holes in the fitted sheets (clean, but odd, right? Like small moth holes) and the room was carpeted which always low key grosses me out.

They gave us a crib as requested for our infant, they also left candies on the bed and gave extra towels for the baby. That was unexpected but pleasant. The location was great- it's a short walk away from a playground and the tri-point (france, switzerland and germany) and also right beside a mall, so we were able to grab some items we had forgotten to pack. We chose it because of the low price and because it allowed dogs... and in the end, it was super basic, a little too hot with some bugs so not the end of the world. 6/10

Perfect family room - in fact, we were upgraded to an apartment. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is lovely with good breakfast selection and roof view during dinner. Restaurant staff was very kind and welcoming.

Long distances between parking and hotel reception.

Pretty clean stay. Spacious and comfy beds. Could be a hassle to find the hotel reception.

My room smelled of cigarettes, tried to change but the hotel was fully booked, they used a machine which helped a little bit but I needed to leave the window open all the time.

The room was really comfortable. Near the station, restaurants, supermarket.

The cleaners missed checking the bathroom as the glasses which were covered in plastic , when I took off, fell lots of male beard hair ( clearly from a shave) which I had to wash down the sink. The little wall bin was broken too.

Great room- could have slept 3 people quite easily.

Car parking was easy, free and undercover. Room was fine. We all ate dinner in the restaurant - the service and food was excellent - plus 10% discount!
