Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We were able to park car outside in the street with no fee. There is enough space for that. Hotel is nice and clean. Well optimised towards no contact. I would come back and would recommend for others as great price and quality option

This should be looked into. Otherwise everything was fine. Also annoyed by house cleaning knocking 2x on day of checkout. 7am and 9am. Check out is 11am. Leave me alone please.

This is not a problem but causes confusion if you expecting to see it fully showing on the phone initially. In practice access to hotel room is very straightforward forward. - Location is a little further out from city centre than ideal but ok.

BrazilThe only downside was the shower: the water temperature fluctuated a lot during use, switching between very hot and cold regardless of how the mixer was adjusted. This is something that could definitely be improved to enhance guest comfort.
I was very pleased with my stay at McDreams Hotel Stuttgart-City. The hotel is extremely well located, with easy access to public transportation and just a few minutes from the center of Stuttgart. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and exceptionally clean — truly spotless. An interesting aspect is that the hotel has no physical reception; the entire check-in and check-out process is handled electronically. It worked perfectly for me and was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

EgyptDespite the overall good experience, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room quite uncomfortable during hotter days. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was unstable—it would suddenly switch to extremely hot, which was unpleasant. While the location is central, there aren’t many nearby options for food or shopping, such as a supermarket or convenience store. The biggest disappointment, however, was at checkout. I asked a staff member if I could leave my luggage for just one hour, and he refused, saying he couldn’t help because he was leaving. A bit more flexibility and customer care in such situations would go a long way.
My stay at McDreams Hotel in Stuttgart was generally pleasant. The location is excellent—very close to the city center and well-connected to public transportation. The area around the hotel is quiet, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the room, although quite small, was well-furnished and functional. For the price, it offers good value and comfort for short stays.
