Other residents smoke just in front of the entrance door. At times you can smell it in the lift. Not appropriate at all. I booked a double bed but you gave two singles.

The room and bath are clean,, not far from the city and Airport and close by shop.

Easy to find, not bad location. Check in was really easy, friendly reception staff. Our room was large and clean, with two twin comfortable beds, we slept well. Really great to have both a kettle and a fridge in the room. We would stay here again. The location is right at a tram stop, for the tram into Hannover. The beds were comfortable and the room clean and comfortable. Plus you have on-site parking which is brilliant.

We stayed there just for one night taking break in a long journey. I made reservation around 9.00pm and 5 minutes later I have received instructions from Manuel where to park, how to enter the building and the code to our room. Room was very clean and large.

All good just that they need to provide Fan or Aircondition.

Everything was fine but there need to provide Fan or Air-condition during Summer time because the rooms was a hot even the have good windows that allows air to come into the room but unless you open it wide.

The hot water was lukewarm. Would have loved a kettle to make a quick tea in the morning to be able to hit the day.

The apartment was easy to find with good parking just outside the property. The room size was good and I liked the sink with beautiful tap, tiles and mirror in the bedroom (very helpful when a girl needs to do her beauty routine in the morning and not hold the bathroom ;) ). I liked the view from the window. The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean. The fridge was a massive plus as we traveled when it was scorching hot and it was nice to find out drinks cold in the morning. Got the message from the host very quickly and codes worked just fine.

Parking is available on site but has very limited space.

No fuss, straightforward, and very efficient. Great value. Access and booking off is completely self managed, which I really liked as we turned up only before midnight and left early before breakfast.

The location is not perfect, but good overall. The hotel is not within walking distance from the city centre, but is less than one minute walk from the closest tram station. The train station is also not far, so the hotel is a rather convenient option if you have a flight to catch from HAJ.

This is a nice budget hotel. I spent only one night there, and it definitely did the job. The online check-in and check-out procedures were quite smooth. I didn't interact much with the hotel staff, they were helpful and nice when I did. The breakfast is very good, definitively one of the highlight of my stay.

The water or was too hot or too cold, no lukewarm possibility.

I only needed this hotel for one night rest and didn’t have any intention to visit Hannover or its surroundings. I arrived after 8 and left before 8 in the morning, so no contact at all with employees except for the breakfast, which was good. In a few words, the hotel did its job.

The lack of bedside lamps was a disappointment as had to get out of bed to put the main light out. The entry to the room was by code which you could not see in the dark corridor. I had to use the torch on my phone.. Room 409 the sink plug mechanism was broken.

The location and price was what swung it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was a chair in my room covered with stains, looked very disgusting,if you can't clean it better to be removed from the room because no one can use it anyway

We stayed at the hotel recently. It was very hot, especially since we were on the fifth (top) floor. The room didn’t have any ventilation, like a fan or air conditioning, which made it really uncomfortable. Also, checking in had to be done over the phone, and it took a long time for them to answer.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the center. It’s affordable and clean, and the room and bed are comfortable.
