Fantastic location, right in the centre, but also on a quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Very weak WiFi in the rooms, good WiFi in the lobby. Lobby is very dark, if you wish to work.

The hotel is nicer as it looks like on Internet, basically on the pedestrian street of Schwerin and close to all administrative buildings, restaurants, etc. The parking on the back of the building was easily accessible as well.

We just stayed for one night. We came sunday evening and left monday after breakfast. I like that you can make coffee and tea in the room. There is wifi, we opted for room with breakfast. I liked my breakfast ( we had cereals and joghurt, croissant, bread, boiled eggs, jam, butter, orange juice and coffee ). Hotel is near the Schloss Schwerin ( though it is closed on mondays ). There are so many restos, bar and coffee shops around. Parking is near the hotel, we have paid 18€ from 20.30 until 12.30pm the next day. Staffs are accomodating. All in all, our stay was great! Thank you.

The old lady at the reception should not be there, she is so unfriendly and unwelcoming that you just don't want to go there again. Parking is not easy, you need to go to another location, 5 minutes by foot.

Although recommendations were made for meals, no offer was made to contact the restaurants in order to find out if there was any space. There was not.! Breakfast expensive so did not have any in the hotel. Staff could be more relaxed and interacting with the guests.

Location is near the castle, in the town and not too far from the station. Quiet and clean room. Reception manned until late. Drinks were served until 10pm.

The price for the hotel with breakfast is way too high - 145 Euro. Even in Berlin in 4star hotel in the city center I paid less than that. But it was only a 3 star hotel with old renovation, old furniture, no sockets near the bed to charge your phone, no bath accessories exсept for soap and shampoo. No Spa or anything, nothing special for breakfast. The staff works only till 21:00 - so if your train comes after 21:00 you won't get in the hotel, the main door is closed and only your key card to the room can open it. So the question is - why so expansive!?? I would be absolutely happy with this hotel if the price was around 80 Euros, but when the price is so high you need to meet the expectations, clients would have.

It's a perfectly average hotel with a price certainly above average. Wifi signal in the room was very unstable, the beds were very low and quite uncomfortable - all this would be perfectly acceptable in a bit lower price range.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the city center, only a few minutes from Schwerin Castle.

Excellent central location. Good value compared to other hotels in the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely terrace. I was able to store my luggage for free after check out. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Powerful, hot shower. Tea/coffee provided. The Haribo and postcard on the bed were a nice touch! Wish I’d been staying longer :)
